沈阳华人国际酒店

大堂装修的很气派，房间内部装修也不错，不过设施维护得不太好，酒店应该是开业没多久，但是地毯、洁具感觉都不太干净了，尤其是马桶，虽是科勒的，但已经很脏了，明显是维护不到位。自助早餐还不错，不过房费只含单早，住2个人，另一人还要掏钱吃，沈阳的酒店很多都只含单早。入住期间电话一直有问题，不停的响，拿起来又没声音，反映了却一直没人来修。服务也觉得一般吧，达不到四星标准。酒店的位置倒是不错，离机场大巴停车点很近，离火车站也近。

这个就比较贵了一些！三星级四五百元，不过它的设施也比较旧的，像电器，空调，家具都有点旧了。但舒适度上来说还可以，服务都差不多，还有位置比较方便，在和平北大街上，市中心，交通比较方便，而且周边用餐的地方多，很多！大堂的感觉还可以，比较大。房间应该有个二十多平米吧。

酒店是当地朋友定的，性价比较高，房间也不错，全景单间非常漂亮。但有个很大的问题是结账速度太慢，早上在柜台结账用了半个小时，就是查不完房间，而且所有客人都如此。真的是很耽误事。

地铁1号线太原街站出来步行大概10分钟到，打车也就起步价，酒店门口就是公交车站，交通还是挺好的，虽说名字是国际酒店，但是房间里很多设施都很旧了，卫生间竟然还有点不好闻的味道，早餐不好吃，就吃了一点点。

Stayed here for a couple of nights in a windowless room. It wasn't as bad as I imagined. Got some great sleep with no street noise. Carpets were absolutely filthy so make sure you wear sandals. Breakfast was reasonable. One staff member spoke English but all were generally friendly. It's in a very good location and walking distance from great restaurants.

我在这里住了两晚，房间没有窗户。其实并没有我想象的那么糟糕。睡得很好，没有街上的噪音。地毯非常脏，所以一定要穿凉鞋。早餐还不错。一位工作人员会说英语，但其他人都很友好。酒店位置很好，步行即可到达很多很棒的餐厅。

it's a re-renovated hotel. Large bed, quite comfy. Bath room design is a bit weird, part of shower area is transparent which can see through from the room and no curtain to shield. Variety of chinese style breakfast and some western style breakfast. There is small convenient shop and fruit shops behind it. Will stay again.

这是一家翻新过的酒店。床很大，很舒服。浴室设计有点奇怪，淋浴区的一部分是透明的，可以从房间里看到外面，而且没有浴帘遮挡。早餐种类丰富，既有中式早餐也有西式早餐。酒店后面有便利店和水果店。下次还会入住。

The Huaren is a typical Chinese style business hotel acclaiming 4 Stars (domestic category). It was build 2006 so shows all the wear and tear that is so common in China as everyone only cares about his own assets and hotels therefore deteriorate rapidly.||||Location is very central to airport, train station and all inner city attractions, bus stop is a 2 minute, subway a 5 minute walk. Staff is friendly an surprisingly many speak English. Problems are handled Chinese style, meaning you have to be very persistent but then they will try their best. We needed change the room 2 times as there was no hot water in the shower, only in the hand wash sink. Room 3 finally had enough hot water enabling a shower. They are starting to redecorate so some rooms spot huge LCD TVs and safe deposit boxes while others are smoke smelly with ancient TVs.||||It is in general quiet only the doors close with a smashing bang ensuring you timely wake up for the disappointing free breakfast served from 7am to 9am.||||Overall rather pricey for what was offered and I would not come back. If you get a good deal in the Holiday Inn across the street it is the better choice.

华人酒店是一家典型的中式商务酒店，自称四星级（国内标准）。酒店建于2006年，因此也出现了中国常见的磨损痕迹，因为大家都只关心自己的资产，所以酒店老化速度很快。酒店位置优越，靠近机场、火车站和所有市中心景点，步行2分钟即可到达公交车站，步行5分钟即可到达地铁站。员工友善，而且令人惊讶的是，很多员工都会说英语。处理问题的方式比较中式，这意味着你需要非常坚持，但他们最终会尽力解决。我们不得不换了两次房间，因为淋浴没有热水，只有洗手池有热水。3号房间最终热水充足，可以正常淋浴了。他们正在重新装修，所以有些房间配备了巨大的液晶电视和保险箱，而另一些房间则烟味很重，电视机也很老旧。||||酒店整体比较安静，只是房门会砰的一声关上，确保你准时醒来享用令人失望的免费早餐（早上7点到9点供应）。||||总的来说，性价比不高，我不会再来了。如果你在街对面的假日酒店订到合适的房间，那才是更好的选择。

I stayed at the Huaren International Hotel for one night only. However, the room was clean, large bed with comfortable mattress. ||The staff made every effort to ensure that my stay was as convenient as possible. All in all it was good value for money.

我在华人国际酒店只住了一晚。房间很干净，床很大，床垫也很舒服。酒店员工尽一切努力确保我住得舒适便捷。总的来说，性价比很高。
