皇家园林酒店

I've traveled often in China and have low expectations of Chinese hotels. This would be a 3 or 4 if gauged against only Chinese hotels, but there are plenty of western hotels in China and 2 stars is generous in that company. ||The staff are very nice & helpful. The food is excellent. Price is reasonable... but, the room is old and not that clean. The climate control is impossible to understand and the room goes from too hot to freezing and then back. The shower is hard to figure out. Paint is pealing. Black mildew on the ceiling. Like much of China the place appears to be crumbling apart. It's a huge building with hardly any guests and I expect few functioning rooms. ||This place was not built to last.

我经常去中国旅行，对中国酒店的期望很低。如果仅针对中国酒店来衡量，这将是 3 或 4 星，但中国有很多西方酒店，在该公司中 2 星已经很慷慨了。 ||工作人员非常友善且乐于助人。食物很棒。价格合理...但是房间很旧而且不太干净。气候控制无法理解，房间从太热到冰冷，然后又变回来。淋浴很难弄清楚。油漆剥落。天花板上发黑了。和中国大部分地区一样，这个地方似乎正在分崩离析。这是一栋巨大的建筑，几乎没有客人，我预计功能齐全的房间也很少。 ||这个地方并非经久耐用。

Overall: one of the best in my experience in terms value-for-money.||Large rooms, wide alleyways, a lot of space everywhere, greenery, nice furniture.||Massage and spa area a bit crowded on weekends. Breakfast (for European taste) was better than in many other Chinese hotels. Customer service OK. No issues, no complaints. Large park are and golf course nearby. My only problem was WiFi reception quality.

总体而言：就物有所值而言，这是我体验中最好的之一。||大房间，宽阔的小巷，到处都有很大的空间，绿化，漂亮的家具。||按摩和水疗区在周末有点拥挤。早餐（适合欧洲口味）比许多其他中国酒店要好。客服还行。没有问题，没有投诉。附近有大型公园和高尔夫球场。我唯一的问题是 WiFi 接收质量。

室内环境和服务态度相对好一些，价位也还可以，我属于贵宾价格，普通价格我不太清楚。离海挺近的，公园里面就是海，海鲜什么的都挺好的。打车，吃饭都方便。绿色植物比较多。服务员见到以后挺客气的，这个是很正常的，每个饭店每个酒店都是这样的，很常规的。没有用他们送东西。含早餐但是没吃过。房间配备特别齐全，环境好，海景房，能看到海。

I stayed for one night at the Royal Garden Hotel in Bayuquan district/Yingkou. The staff at the reception desk was very friendly - they tried hard to speak English. However, as in almost every Chinese hotel they got distracted by other enquiries, so check-in took more than 10 minutes with my passport gone for 9 minutes. ||I've got help with the luggage - when getting into the room the bell boy used his mobile phone flash light to find the light switches and to try one by one. There were plenty of light switches, probably every second worked. The light was insuffucient for the very large hotel room - but this is a problem that often occurs even in 5* international hotels. ||The room was OK, the bed was comfortable.The room temperature was alright, but it would have been impossible to adjust the air conditioner because there was no control panel. The windows could be opened - which I immediately did because there was a really horrible smell in the hotel room which I got used to after three minutes. There was a bar downstairs (in a neighbour building) that emitted very noisy music until 9 pm in the evening.||Internet? Well, it was interrupted every 3 minutes or so - so no way to use VPN and download any emails. Google and Gmail did not work (something that 5* international hotels manage somehow). ||Now the bathroom: there was plenty of hot water but the bathroom looked a bit shabby (as did the furniture of the hotel room).||The check-out the next day took approx 20 minutes since they needed to check whether I took anything from the room, like the TV... just typical for a Chinese hotel.||||Fazit: it's alright for one night but I would not like to have stayed any longer.

我在鲅鱼圈区/营口的皇家花园酒店住了一晚。接待处的工作人员非常友好——他们努力说英语。然而，就像几乎所有中国酒店一样，他们都会因为其他询问而分心，所以办理入住花了 10 多分钟，而我的护照却不见了 9 分钟。 ||我得到了搬运行李的帮助 - 当进入房间时，服务生用他的手机闪光灯找到灯开关并一一尝试。有很多电灯开关，可能每一秒都在工作。对于非常大的酒店房间来说，光线不足 - 但这是即使在五星级国际酒店也经常出现的问题。 ||房间还可以，床很舒服。室温还可以，但是空调没法调节，因为没有控制面板。窗户可以打开——我立即打开了，因为酒店房间里有一股非常难闻的气味，三分钟后我就习惯了。楼下有一家酒吧（在隔壁大楼里），音乐很吵，一直持续到晚上 9 点。||有互联网吗？嗯，大约每 3 分钟就会中断一次 - 所以无法使用 VPN 和下载任何电子邮件。 Google 和 Gmail 无法使用（五星级国际酒店以某种方式管理的东西）。 ||现在浴室：有充足的热水，但浴室看起来有点破旧（酒店房间的家具也是如此）。||第二天退房花了大约 20 分钟，因为他们需要检查我是否房间里的东西都被拿走了，比如电视……这就是典型的中国酒店。||||Fazit：住一晚还可以，但我不想再住下去了。

在这个酒店住了有好几次了。环境布置让人感觉很幽静。酒店布局是客房楼层环绕着一楼中央大厅，整个大厅包括大堂、宴会厅有大量的绿化，真的假的都有，还有流水潺潺的水景，还有个海豹池，大概有三条海豹。闲暇喂喂海豹也是一大乐趣。该酒店的还经营着餐饮，也占相当大一部分。海鲜火锅自助不错。早餐还行吧。房间很大，设施很新，卫生不错。该酒店的后面是个一个大型的游乐场，不是很安静。走廊的灯光感觉太暗，晚上一个人走，还有些吓丝丝的。

环境蛮好的，而且价钱蛮低的，不怎么贵。它外部那个环境蛮好，那个房间里面环境也蛮好的，那个家具配置都比较蛮合我的心意，家具是红颜色吧，电器设备蛮好的。交通，它在大马路上也蛮不错，打车也方便。这个档次也不算高，外观装潢反正没什么多大的档次，但是跟我住的那价钱也不怎么配，到房间一看拿房间不错，大厅跟三四级的差不多吧。服务员也蛮好的，一进大厅有接待，蛮热情的，办理入住手续效率还好，都很客气。房间卫生也不错，早餐免费的，午餐跟晚餐要收费的，早餐还可以吧，味道蛮好的，餐厅环境蛮干净的，还好，这个菜也不能光平我的感觉说，我是南方人到东北那边去口味比较不适合。

In addition to being a proper hotel with the high level of service it definitely attracts guests and visitors with some special treats, such as the great spa/pool area and a beautiful winter garden.||Make sure to check all 6 spa baths, especially the one with the stones;try talking to a resident bird; enjoy a leisure stroll in the winter garden and don't forget to take some pictures of the adorable seal family splashing in the pool.||Visited January, 2013

皇家园林：果然名不虚传。 楼内很多热带植被。|但是不知什么原因，大厦内的灯光完全不足，让人感到很压抑，昏暗的感觉很不舒服。|加之及其良好的供暖，让人透不过气来了。|市内的温度，热的让人无法入眠，实在太热了。|房间很大，中餐味道很好但是价位稍高。
