The bed is just the right tension with 2 types of pillows on the bed for use - hard and soft. Service was superb. From the receptionist to the chambermaid, waitresses at breakfast restaurant , all are friendly, polite and makes me feel at home. The only shortfall is there is no bellboy so you have to bring your luggages to and from your room yourself. I came with 4 luggages and left with 7 so you can imagine the number of trips I had to make.

They don’t have reception on first floor. Feel worried when enter first floor nothing was there luckily i just enter the lift to go up and see. Check in take long time, the lady don’t know anything about foreigners. When she want to print my passport, the printer was not working. Later on she used another worse printer and printed all my passport pages. She even don’t know just to print last entry date page and information page. It takes almost 20-25 minutes to check in. In room amenities they mentioned there is a bathtub in bathroom, but very small bathroom, no bathtub. The television have just few channels working and even they use 2010 era television. Overall, I really feel unsatisfied.

I always stayed here whenever I visit Jinzhou and requested for a specific room. However, since the pandemic and closure of China borders, I only managed to be back in end September to mid October 2023. Many familiar staff were gone and service has certainly lagged a bit although the rates maintained. There is no more porter service at concierge and no supply of face towels in the room. Despite these, the service staff still provide a smile when serving you and maintain their good attitude with positivity. I never regret staying here and would certainly be back to stay, despite the fact there are newer international hotels nearby. Accessibility to LingHe Night Market is a plus point but the wifi connection is very bad. I hope they improve before my next visit next year.

不含早餐的，地理位置好在市中心特别方便，大的商场啊步行街啊就在旁边，也就步行2分钟。休闲的地方啊啊酒店什么都有，是五星级的还可以，但是细节上有些不太好，房间有一些用的东西不是很好，装修表面上看起来好像是很富丽堂皇的，但是你仔细一看就不了，房间里面的装修也是这种感觉，一进去看起来都很富丽堂皇的，其实仔细一看都不咋的，根本就不配那价。房间的硬件设施什么都有，洁具方面每天也都给换质量也都比较好，在管理上做的比较好，光有一个外壳，很棒的一个楼很大很漂亮，是锦州市内第一个五星级酒店，价格标的很高七八百，每天晚餐还是爆满，还不如锦江啊七天啊舒服呢。就相当于你花一万钱块买了一个假的LV包一样，看起来像五星级酒店，但仔细一看，服务态度不热情不主动，办事效率不高。

它是锦州当地的一个酒店，我是去玩了，朋友给安排的。它属于在锦州的商业区了，我住的高层高，隔音也比较好没啥。一晚上打完折六百多价格，里外套间的那种，我觉得值这个价格，不是自个花钱，包括里面的设施。属于目前锦州最好的酒店了，它有洗浴，是免费的。我觉得合适推荐给别人，档次肯定够了，大堂非常上档次，房间里面刮胡刀，吹风机，充电器都有，房间挺大的。房间更周到热情。有早餐，早餐是自助那种形式，挺好，没有感觉到旧。自驾车去很方便，它有免费停车场。

服务也可以，就是早餐太差，也不送早餐，质量不好。房间里面很好，就是四星酒店来说，房间大小也不错，床品，洁具都不错，感觉够五星的了，价位稍贵了点，400多比较公道，可能我住的那个是豪华房要稍贵一点，服务一般，这边服务员比较少见到，顶多就能看见打扫卫生的。地理位置很好，就是这边的市中心，楼下就能逛街。

This hotel is generally ok but it is by no means a 4 stars by European Standards. Some rooms have bathrooms with massive mould on the ceiling. The breakfast is basically only for Chinese. Instead of coffee they serve Nescafé Cappuccino. There is a very poor selection of jams, the bread is of low quality and there are no cakes or croissant. The restaurant/bar of the hotel is very poor. First, despite advertising it in the lift and showing it in their menu, they had no pizza at all.|Secondly, one evening at 8pm I asked for a beer which was clearly not available at the bar. After waiting for a few minutes (maybe the bar tender had gone to buy a beer from a nearby shop) I left and went to buy one outside myself. Nobody among staff can speak or understand English. My suggestion for Europeans is to go to a 5-star hotel such as the Sheraton for higher standards.||On a positive note, staff are very kind and try their best to make you feel happy and welcome.

Recommended to anyone wanting to visit. Great location, easy to park car, catch taxi, visit the night market which is just soo closeby.

推荐给任何想要参观的人。地理位置优越，停车、搭乘出租车、参观夜市都很方便，就在附近。
