重庆国际大饭店

稍微差一点儿的地方是她们的服务，主要是客房的服务员不是很好，有什么事情叫她们的时候，反应不是那么的快，然后其他的服务员、服务生、门童做得还到位。酒店大的外观不是特别理想，整体的外观装修感觉不太好，没有其他酒店的外观那么豪华，比较普通，不是很好了已经。酒店在杨家坪与石坪桥交汇的地方，交通出行非常的方便，也比较热闹。

Really five star. Yes! As good as any Hyatt or Marriott and this place is half the price. 598 rmb per night including breakfast for a very nice large room. Well appointed and all mod cons. Definitely will stay here again and would recommend for any western firms looking for a conference in Chongqing but on a budget. Breakfast buffet was extensive and included a reasonable amount of western fare. Mainly Chinese focused of course.

真的是五星级。是的！和任何凯悦酒店或万豪酒店一样好，而且这个地方的价格是一半。每晚 598 元，包括早餐，房间很大。设备齐全，现代化设施一应俱全。肯定会再次留在这里，并会推荐给任何想在重庆举办会议但预算有限的西方公司。自助早餐很丰富，包括适量的西餐。当然主要是中国人。

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Because it is meant to be an International Hotel, I somewhat thought that the staff might be able to speak English (sorry I do not speak Mandarin and was on a business trip).||||On the face of it the hotel is very grand with a large and inviting lobby and that's where it stops. The staff are rude .. what i mean is that they smile and say hello etc but they lack customer service skills - maybe this is the Chinese way?||||The lobby has two desks, one for checking in and one for checking out. This is not normally a problem but because I attended a conference at the hotel I checked in a day earlier, which was on a different "room rate". So the next day i had to check out and check back in in order to keep the room. Why the room could not be transferred over i'll never know. On check out I had to ask for my invoice and they also take payment without showing you a breakdown of the charges .. very odd!||I used the laundry service ... on delivery of the laundry the staff member wanted paying. I told here that I wanted the charges to be added to my room. This was obviously too much of a challenge so 20 minutes later after talking to the duty manager (I think) the staff left my room.||Breakfast is fantastic with a good buffet selection of both western food and chinese. The waiters and waitresses do a brilliant job at clearing up and re-making the tables.||The room was comfortable but needed beter sound insulation from the outside traffic and constant horns hooting. There is a good movie selection to choose from but there are no channels in English .. not even any news.||||On reflection, despite all the niggly issues I would still stay here again.

我对这家酒店的感情很复杂。因为它是一家国际酒店，所以我有点以为工作人员可能会说英语（抱歉我不会说普通话，而且是在出差）。||||从表面上看，这家酒店很宏伟，有一个宽敞而温馨的大堂，这就是它的终点。工作人员很粗鲁..我的意思是他们微笑着打招呼等，但他们缺乏客户服务技能 - 也许这就是中国人的方式？||||大堂有两张桌子，一张用于入住，一张用于退房。这通常不是问题，但因为我在前一天入住的酒店参加了一个会议，该酒店的“房价”不同。所以第二天我必须退房并重新入住才能保留房间。为什么房间不能转让我永远不知道。退房时，我不得不索要发票，他们也接受付款，但没有向您显示费用明细。非常奇怪！||我使用了洗衣服务……在交付洗衣时，工作人员想要支付费用。我在这里告诉我，我希望将费用添加到我的房间。这显然是一个太大的挑战，所以在与值班经理（我认为）交谈20分钟后，工作人员离开了我的房间。||早餐很棒，有西餐和中餐的自助餐可供选择。男女服务员在清理和重新整理桌子方面做得非常出色。||房间很舒适，但需要更好的隔音效果，以防止外部交通和不断的喇叭鸣响。有很多不错的电影可供选择，但没有英语频道..甚至没有任何新闻。||||经过反思，尽管存在所有琐碎的问题，我仍然会再次留在这里。
