I stayed two nights in the hotel. Room is spacious and very clean with nice views even from the bathroom. Bed very comfortable. Lobby is impressive. Breakfast ok. No walking distance to the city center. A little bit noise even from them 16 floor. Nice staff.

我在酒店住了两晚。房间宽敞且非常干净，即使从浴室也能看到美丽的景色。床很舒服。大堂令人印象深刻。早餐还可以。步行即可到达市中心。即使是 16 楼，也有一点噪音。很好的员工。

This hotel is average at all levels: checking in very slow and long process, room amenities old and average quality. Towels are very old and over used. The lighting in the room is very disturbing at night as the control panel is complicated and one button activates many lights. |The automatic light sensor in the bathroom takes long time to turn off and if turned off manually then other lights of the room turn on !|The breakfast is poor, not a lot of selection available. The buffet and tables are very messy and the service is not at place. |The staff is not smiling . The quality of food is very averages do the food taste is not appetizing at all !

这家酒店在各个层面都很一般：入住过程非常缓慢且漫长，房间设施陈旧且质量一般。毛巾很旧并且过度使用。晚上房间里的灯光很烦人，因为控制面板很复杂，一键启动很多灯。 |浴室里的自动光感应器需要很长时间才能关闭，如果手动关闭，房间的其他灯就会打开！|早餐很差，选择不多。自助餐和桌子都很乱，服务不到位。 |工作人员没有微笑。食物的质量很一般，食物的味道一点也不开胃！

I was conducting business outside of the main part of Chongqing, so this was a perfect way to avoid the massive traffic. The hotel was very clean, staff was attentive, and the breakfast buffet was large. The only issue I had was that the electrical outlets in the room don't accept western, US-style 3-prong electric plugs and the hotel had a limited quantity available. So bring your own adapter. The hotel is also a short 10-walk to the Fortune Mall where there are multiple restaurants to choose from.

我在重庆主城区以外的地方开展业务，因此这是避开拥堵交通的完美方式。酒店很干净，工作人员很细心，自助早餐很丰盛。我遇到的唯一问题是房间里的电源插座不接受西式美式三脚电源插头，而且酒店的数量有限。所以带上你自己的适配器。酒店距财富购物中心 (Fortune Mall) 仅 10 步之遥，那里有多家餐厅可供选择。

I was on a UK Foreign office trade mission in China, and up to this point had nothing but praise for the hotels we stayed in. All were international hotels in every aspect, from multiple power sockets seemingly covering every global plug type to English speaking staff, fantastic service levels and spotlessly clean rooms and facilities.||||At this hotel check in was very painful, no English speaking staff available and no English speaking staff in the bar. Luckily I can order a beer in Mandarin but that's about my current limit. ||||My room felt fusty, it was extremely hot and the aircon was less effective than leaving the minibar fridge open. My room also felt dated and less than spotless, in fact I had reservations about staying in it but I was very tired and couldn't face the idea of asking for another room using sign language.||||Left in the morning asap.

我当时正在中国参加英国外交部的贸易代表团，到目前为止，我们对住的酒店只有赞不绝口。所有酒店在各个方面都是国际酒店，从似乎涵盖全球所有插头类型的多个电源插座到会说英语的工作人员、一流的服务水平和一尘不染的房间和设施。||||在这家酒店办理入住非常痛苦，没有会说英语的工作人员，酒吧里也没有会说英语的工作人员。幸运的是，我可以用普通话点一杯啤酒，但这就是我目前的限制。 ||||我的房间感觉发霉，天气非常热，空调的效果还不如把迷你吧冰箱打开的效果差。我的房间也感觉过时了，不太一尘不染，事实上，我对入住它有所保留，但我很累，无法面对用手语要求另一个房间的想法。||||尽快离开。

Stayed for 2 nights. Room size good and facilities in room fine. Think this is first time where the coffee is without sugar and milk in local hotel. One thing that does loose one star for the hotel is that when i checked in there were peanuts on the floor (still thee when i left) and old slippers under the bed. All in all witness of the lack of cleaning. |In the hotel there is no wine only beer and some hard liquer. Even gin was out of stock. |The Hong Kong restaurant was good and breakfast good choises even for westerner. Location ok but could have used a convinient store nearby as they charge 60 RMB for 1 litre water in room.

住了 2 晚。房间大小合适，房间内的设施也很好。认为这是当地酒店第一次提供不加糖和牛奶的咖啡。让酒店失去一颗星的一件事是，当我办理入住时，地板上有花生（我离开时仍然有花生），床下有旧拖鞋。总而言之，见证了缺乏清洁。 |酒店里没有酒，只有啤酒和一些烈酒。甚至杜松子酒也缺货了。 |香港餐厅很好，早餐即使对于西方人来说也是不错的选择。位置还可以，但可以去附近的便利店，因为房间里一升水要收费 60 元。

还行吧，和爱人住了一礼拜左右，卫生服务各方面做得还不错，个人给四星，楼下的港式茶餐厅食物样式挺多的，中西都有，早餐很丰富、服务也赞，只是位置距商圈较远、没这么嘈杂，挺安静的，比较清静，适合休息，只是购物不太方便，要走远些，出门交通完全没问题。而且在重庆，这个位置重点是不！堵！车！

I have been traveling to Chongqing for the past 5 years for business, and Jinjiang Oriental Hotel is the one, and I have stayed in other hotels in the area. Here are the reasons: good location, very good (free) breakfast and excellent service and upscale restaurant (on 3rd floor). Taking a walk around the block after dinner, or tour the mall just 1.5 blocks away (they have an American style restaurant called Peter's Tex-Mex Grill). Just hope the front of the hotel can be a little larger, but well it is good enough for me.

过去5年我一直去重庆出差，锦江东方酒店就是其中之一，我也住过该地区的其他酒店。原因如下：优越的地理位置、非常好的（免费）早餐、优质的服务和高档餐厅（位于三楼）。晚餐后在街区散步，或者游览 1.5 个街区外的购物中心（他们有一家美式餐厅，名为 Peter's Tex-Mex Grill）。只是希望酒店的前面能大一点，但对我来说已经足够了。

因为工作原因，经常入住欧瑞锦江大酒店。酒店虽然不属于豪华型，但硬件尚可。这次特别想说一下酒店的服务质量一直不稳定，这次入住尤其不好。如果酒店真心想留住回头客，麻烦先提升一下自身的管理，提高你们的服务水准。服务质量是根本，硬件再好，服务不好，很难赢得客户的认可。谢谢
