前兩日住宿的時候，房間內殘留有前一個客人的吸菸味道，昨日41/12再入住，有跟櫃檯人員說明煙味情況，服務人員有即時處理，覺得很滿意

Was a decent place to stay, shops and restaurants nearby, can walk to the metro station. Clean, AC worked, shower was hot. No laundry service, asked where we could find one they told us to check the app, asked which app they said they don't know. Made 0 effort to help us.Holes in the bed sheets, look like they were made by cigarettes in the non smoking rooms.Some type of bugs in the bathroom.People in the hallways are very loud.Room card was taped together looked pretty damaged.

住宿条件不错，附近有商店和餐厅，步行即可到达地铁站。干净整洁，空调正常，淋浴水温也很高。没有洗衣服务。我们问哪里有洗衣服务，他们让我们用手机APP查，问是哪个APP，他们说不知道。酒店完全没有尽力帮助我们。床单上有破洞，看起来像是无烟房里的香烟留下的。浴室里有虫子。走廊里的人很吵。房卡用胶带粘在一起，看起来已经破损了。

The room was exceptionally clean, with daily housekeeping provided during my two-day stay. The receptionist offered excellent service—she kindly helped arrange a courier to deliver my belongings to my next hotel after I accidentally left them in the room. I truly appreciate her assistance.

房间格外干净，入住两天期间每天都有客房清洁服务。接待员的服务也很棒——我把东西忘在房间里后，她还好心地帮我安排了快递，把东西送到了下一家酒店。我非常感谢她的帮助。

Location is very convenient. Very close from the station. The room is very big actually. Only it is sometimes smels smokey but not too bothering.

Good location, the bus tour juz next to the hotel. Excellent from counter service especially Ms 009.Very helpful.
