Avoid, avoid, avoid! Even though this hotel is located very close to the railway station, go to a different place. Being close to the station is not that beneficial in Xi’an as there is nothing to do close to the hotel. Stay close to the city instead. First of all, even though they are friendly, the staff does not speak any English at all. So, not much conversation during checkin. You cannot ask about restaurants or taxis etc. The room was nice - good size, nice decor, clean and good. However, the AC in the room wasn’t working at all. Also, the water in the shower randomly goes from very hot to very cold. I thought maybe it’s a timing thing and it only happens when mist people are taking showers in the morning. But no. Even at 2am it was the same experience. Also the water pressure is very low. There is hardly any water pressure. There must be something very wrong. I understand this is a budget hotel but still. At least one expects the shower to work properly. Maybe this was isolated to my room as I did not see other reviewers commenting about this. The breakfast is okay…just basic stuff.

Booked this hotel for one night as it was close to Xi’an north railway station and we had to catch an early morning train ||On the plus side the room is very big and spacious and beds are comfortable ||That said, despite furnishings being relatively new, there are significant signs of wear and tear - the USB ports didn’t work but at least the plug points did. Furniture and bathroom show signs of chipping and wear||Overall a decent stay but a weaker offering relative to the Fairfields in APAC especially Japan

第一次来到古都西安，入住酒店时被告知已经升级了房型，前台小姐姐很专业，态度很好时刻保持微笑。 进入房间后发现送了欢迎水果和欢迎信，很开心。房间的硬件设施很不错，卫生也很ok，早餐很丰盛，补餐也很快。 退房的时候送了西安本地的国庆版冰峰饮料，非常贴心，期待下次再入住西万北站万枫酒店。

我进房间，已经被升级到套房，欢迎水果提前摆到桌上，前台的小商品就是完完全全的平价，非常好！早餐不奢华但品种也足够多。喜欢万枫简约的装修风格，房价又非常nice，靠近机场大巴北站停靠点，推荐朋友们来住。

Absolutely excellent stay in Xi'an! We stayed here for two nights and the hotel was amazing. Firstly it was a great value and the rooms was excellent. Everything was very modern and nicely designed. The staff were super awesome and let us stay late (1 PM) even though it was past check-out time. They were all very accommodating and smiling. Note that the hotel is apart of a large office or residential building where the hotel is at the top. The hotel is near a busy street with a shopping center and lots of restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast was AMAZING! There were so many options! It seemed more like a $1000 hotel breakfast buffet! Excellent!

第一次入住万豪旗下舒适型酒店，无论是酒店设施、还是服务都很匹配万豪的品牌；另外地处西安北站附近，旁边地铁二号线、四号线，出行非常方便！值得推荐！

酒店距离高铁站很近，早餐很丰盛，服务员从前台到客房大姐态度都很亲切热情，房间面积也是意想不到的大，简直太意外的出行体验…

This hotel is amazing and his highly recommended for travelers. The receptionist spoke English and all the staff were very friendly. The hotel breakfast Buffet was amazing and offered many types of dishes/meals. The rooms where very well designed and western style. They were also very large modern and stylish. The staff even let us check out late.||The hotel is on the upper level of a large business building and is up very high. The hotel is near lots of restaurants and shopping areas which offers great nightlife! ||Highly Recommended
