西安天翼新商务酒店

We stayed here for two nights on our RSD China tour and it was fairly typical of the large corporate style hotels. For us it was an improvement on the night before, clean and the rooms were comfortable but not very inspiring. The food was bland and the breakfast didn't have a lot of choice unless you like rubber eggs! It was getting to that stage of the holiday where the best bit about the hotel was being able to go across the road to the supermarket and get some supplies of wine and snacks! (We did enjoy our holiday- honest! just rather exhausted by this stage)

我们在 RSD 中国之旅中在这里住了两晚，这是相当典型的大型企业风格酒店。对我们来说，这比前一天晚上有所改善，干净，房间很舒适，但不是很鼓舞人心。食物很平淡，早餐没有太多选择，除非你喜欢橡皮蛋！假期到了这个阶段，酒店最棒的一点就是可以穿过马路去超市买一些酒和小吃！ （我们确实很享受我们的假期——老实说！只是这个阶段已经筋疲力尽了）

This was my second vist to the hotel. Rooms are very clean and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and they try their best. We had an early morning flight and they opened breakfast at 5:00 am for our group of 14. The hotel also sent up a plate of frest fruit for my family to thank me for returning. I will return to this hotel again if I have the chance. However, it is not located in the center of the city.

这是我第二次来这家酒店。 房间很干净，食物也很好。 工作人员很友好，他们尽力而为。 我们乘坐早班飞机，他们在早上 5:00 为我们一行 14 人提供早餐。酒店还为我的家人送了一盘新鲜水果，以感谢我的回来。 如果有机会我会再次回到这家酒店。 然而，它并不位于市中心。

住得好象是豪华单人间。一个就是各方面的配套设施都挺不错的，底下有个餐厅，我是广西这边的，菜色还是多样化的。洗衣服这方面不太快，其它还都不错。环境也不错，床也比较符合现在的，是2米的。现在可以用无线路由吧，它还是用网线。服务都还行，就是当时我们还没有退房拿干洗袋装了点东西出去，服务员把我们给追回来了，印象挺尴尬的。位置还是挺好的，坐车什么都方便，相当于在快环线上。离钟楼和火车站这都很近。

I was at this hotel for just over 6 weeks on business. The western restuarant was just so so. The breakfast was good most days. sometimes you would have to wait for the cook.|Dinners there were ok also.....that is if they had what you wanted. I ordered several days in a row for a certain food as it was on the menu, only to be told they dont have.||There were 4 different occasions I had to take showers with cold water. There is no working AC in the elevators, The AC in the room I had was functional, but on a hot evening you could sit and sweat. ||Very few westerners, also the hotel staff had very few english speaking people. So when you had a problem or need it made it very hard. ||The gift shop sold razors to shazve with but no shaving cream...Go figure.|

我出差在这家酒店呆了 6 周多。西餐厅就一般般了。大多数时候的早餐都很好。有时你得等厨师。|那里的晚餐也还可以……前提是他们有你想要的东西。我连续几天点了菜单上的某种食物，却被告知他们没有。||有 4 次不同的场合我不得不用冷水淋浴。电梯里没有空调，我房间里的空调可以用，但在炎热的夜晚，你可以坐下来出汗。 ||西方人很少，酒店工作人员也很少有会说英语的人。因此，当你遇到问题或需要时，事情就会变得非常困难。 ||礼品店出售剃须刀，但没有剃须膏......想想看。|

High-rise commercial hotel outside the city center. Very close to major road but traffic noise not an issue. Unusual smell in lobby area, not offensive but people with fragrance sensitivities may have a problem. Lots of Western and other business people. Breakfast was a bit more Western than I liked but the Chinese choices were good and different. Plenty of fresh fruit. Omelets and other egg dishes to order. Two comp bottles of drinking water daily. Nearest grocery store about 15 minute walk without having to cross the huge road. Across the street if you're willing to take your chances against crazy drivers (big risk!)||VERY firm bed but we slept well.|

市中心外的高层商务酒店。 非常靠近主要道路，但交通噪音不是问题。 大堂区域有不寻常的气味，并不令人反感，但对香味敏感的人可能会遇到问题。 很多西方和其他商人。 早餐比我喜欢的更西式，但中式的选择很好而且不同。 大量的新鲜水果。 煎蛋卷和其他鸡蛋菜肴可供订购。 每天两瓶免费饮用水。 最近的杂货店步行约 15 分钟，无需穿过大马路。 如果您愿意冒险对抗疯狂的司机，就在街对面（风险很大！）||床很硬，但我们睡得很好。|

住在高层的房间里面的话，可以将西郊这边的景色看的很清楚，外面的环境不错，交通也挺方便，上高速很便捷。房间里面的装修布置的不错，卫生干净整洁，房间里面提供给宽带上网，设施很齐全。而且这边的接待人员的态度很好，在酒店的楼下停车是免费的，感觉很方便。不过就是这个酒店的价格比较高了一些。

房间的价格还可以了，早餐有免费的，也有收费的，口味还是不错的。位置在二环上面，还是不错的。这个价格是很不错的酒店了，性价比还是可以的，交通也是挺方便的，门口就有公交站，打车也是很方便的，停车也是方便的。这个酒店五六百的都赶不上他，酒店是比较豪华的那种，比喜来登还更舒服一点的。床也不错，房间里面的配置也不错。

Despite the sleet outside, the heat doesn't work. We have hot water for showers maybe 1 day in 3. The network connection crashes about every ten minutes. The bed is hard as a rock, and the carpets are nasty. The food in the "western" restaurant is awful. The front desk staff is unhelpful to the point of outright lying to our faces - we were actually told that there are no taxis in Xi'an, so we'd have to wait on the hotel car and driver...which is booked up for two days. The "health and bath" center is also not available to guests unless you pay significantly extra to the folks running it downstairs.

尽管外面下着雨夹雪，但炎热的天气却不起作用。 我们可能三天就有热水淋浴。网络连接大约每十分钟就会崩溃一次。 床像石头一样硬，地毯也很脏。 “西餐厅”的食物很糟糕。 前台工作人员一点帮助都没有，甚至当着我们的面撒谎——实际上我们被告知西安没有出租车，所以我们必须等待酒店的车和司机……车已经订满了。两天了。 “健康和沐浴”中心也不向客人开放，除非您向楼下的经营者支付大量额外费用。
