西安喜来登大酒店

As a Platinum member got an upgraded room which was nice, the bed was ok, not super soft but better than average for Asia. Lounge was ok, offerings were, again, ok, but not spectacular. At breakfast both mornings they ran out of bacon and did not refill it for the 40+ minutes we were there to eat. The bread was very good, the cappuccino was standard. Staff were kind and professional. Suggest since spa is closed they should have written directions and instructions for other spas in the area. On a side note - visit to the terracotta warriors was terrible - much too crowded and other visitors literally hitting you to get in front of you to see things - unsafe and ruined the trip.

It’s a pretty old Hotel, which you can feel and smell! We booked Executive Suite with balcony or terrace- we were told there are no balcony’s- but there are! The air conditioning did not work in one of the suites, so we had to move to a smaller one! Mini-Bar was empty.The dinner time in the lounge is too short- only 2Hours- everything is cleaned and closed exactly after 2Hours!!! The bar was closed before 10pm even though it was supposed to be open till 11 pm! The housekeeping was very good and the service very quick! Breakfast is a huge variation of everything!

Indeed very good services and hospitality. My room got upgraded as expected probably it is low season in Xi’an. The room is clean and sizable. The complimentary breakfast is excellent that is more than sufficient because there are a lot of choices. Unfortunately the swimming pool closed for maintenance. But everything is great!

I have to say it’s a nice hotel but it is Hot Hot Hot even in their rooms. They should on the AC as many guest stays here..

Do not stay here if you are doing so to avoid food allergies etc. I am vegetarian and am staying for that reason and saw a very detailed allergy food menu. So far my vegan burger came with a surprise fried egg, and my cheese pizza came covered in surprise ham. Not surprising for China, but definitely wouldn't stay here with any allergies etc. Separately to this, most staff have good English and are very helpful which was a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is not that close to the downtown. It takes some time to get to any of tourist attractions places. However, the overall experience was amazing! The room service, amenities, attitude of the staff, cleanliness - everything was perfect. The reception staff spoke English and they were not only very polite, but also always ready to help with some advice, or to assist in case of any needs. Buffet breakfast - delicious, rich, big diversity of everything. The buffet dinner is served in the same restaurant (have to buy separately), which is also worth the price, they do their best to satisfy everyones taste. Definitely, would stay there again.

酒店离市中心不太近。到达任何旅游景点都需要一些时间。然而，整体体验是惊人的！客房服务、便利设施、工作人员的态度、清洁度——一切都很完美。接待人员会说英语，他们不仅非常有礼貌，而且随时准备提供一些建议，或者在有任何需要时提供帮助。自助早餐——美味、丰富、种类繁多。自助晚餐是在同一家餐厅提供的（要单独购买），也很值回票价，他们尽力满足每个人的口味。肯定会再呆在那里。

万豪钛金，入住过很多城市的喜来登，但西安喜来登这次体验是最差的。设施老旧是能理解的，老牌喜来登威斯汀这种设施比较旧已经习惯了。但这家的服务水平真的差到天际，10号晚上入住时两个前台，还有11号的电话服务人员在沟通时态度极度恶劣，一度怀疑这家是假的喜来登。开始以为是西安的问题，第二天换酒店住后体验好了很多，原来就是因为酒店很垃圾

服务很好具有五星品质，但是设施可能太老旧，地理位置相对来说还是比较接近市中心的，打车到钟楼也就15分钟左右，酒店周边配套不是很完整
