This stay was extremely disappointing. The room had a strong unpleasant odor, the toilet was clogged, the shower drain was blocked, and the air conditioning didn’t work at all, making the room unbearably hot. The facilities were outdated and in poor condition — nothing like what you’d expect from a four-star hotel. Worst of all, when I reported these issues to the front desk, I was told that since the room was booked at a discounted rate, this level of service was to be expected. Such a response is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. I will not return and do not recommend this hotel to anyone

Es gibt verschiedene Klassen. Touristen die über eine europäische Reiseagentur buchen erhalten ein 4-Sterne-Zimmer nach europäischem Standard. Bei Selbstbuchung ist es zwar sehr günstig, jedoch sind die Zimmer sehr alt. Beim Frühstück wird zwischen Chinesen und Europäern getrennt, jedoch will man das europäische "Frühstück" eh nicht wirklich essen. Ansonsten guter Service, die Rezeption war bemüht, obwohl nur die Leitung vernünftig Englisch sprach. Eines Abends benötigten wir einen Korkenzieher, ein Angestellter lief sofort aus dem Hotel und kaufte uns einen. Irgendwie komisch wenn man das nicht gewohnt ist.
