酒店經理態度誠肯 積極解決問題 ，員工會主動打招呼及幫助客人， 晚上多住客叫外賣的時候除了機器人外還會按排員工幫忙送。整體就服務來說很不錯，但那個自助晚餐我去吃的時候，好像是6點多，很多菜品都是涼的，有待改善

A very interesting trip, I really enjoyed Xi'an. I arrived at the hotel late but had a great experience. The room was also prepared with welcome fruits in advance. The front desk Vito Cui recommended the most worthwhile places to visit in Xi'an and also recommended delicious food. However, there were too many people, 🤧I will come to Xi'an again next time when I have time,

有一個問題就是 套房的浴室的水龍頭特別是浴缸的那個 放出來的水是黃綠色的 好像是金屬氧化後的問題 我都不敢浸浴了

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights during China national day holidays. The room was clean and comfortable but the decorations looks a little old. Room service was good. The breakfast was great and had many foods in the menu. The hotel location is far from city center and tourist sites but has bus stop neer it only few steps and the subway station is only a 5 minutes walk. Also there are many restaurants and shopping malls near it.

中国国庆假期期间我们在这家酒店住了两晚。房间干净舒适，但装饰看起来有点旧。客房服务很好。早餐很棒，菜单上有很多食物。 酒店位置远离市中心和旅游景点，但距离公交车站仅几步之遥，步行 5 分钟即可到达地铁站。附近还有很多餐馆和购物中心。

Very nice hotel, very friendly service staffs, including airports pick up driver．my one night comfortable stay at this time, I would like to thank Anna for her great efforts on detailed arrangements,such as room upgrade、pick-up reservation．

非常不错的酒店，服务人员非常热情，包括机场接送司机。这次住了一晚很舒服，感谢Anna在房间升级、接机预订等细节安排上所付出的努力。
