This is a hidden gem! In addition to cleanness, warm hospitality, I really like many additional services here including the shower/toilet facilities, the cute and convenient robot and the healthy breakfast. Special thanks to the manager on duty, girls at the front desk, the security guard, the breakfast crews and the cleaning ladies and all those who made my three separate stays within the 20 days in Nov 2022 a safe and pleasant one in this Covid havoc era. It’s definitely on my list to be back again in future Harbin visits.
