Very polite and friendly personel. Trying to make your stay pleasant and help you in your needs as much as possible and more than their scope of position. The hotel is very close to the river and the city center. Provides 24 hour room restaurant service, gym, pool, sauna, laundry, transportation and other amenities.some.periods there is also a very nice band that makes the lobby vivid and alive to enjoy your drinks. 入住快捷 前台小姐姐給升級了江景房 在房間裡就可以看到松花江 早景夜景都很漂亮 卫生相對於酒店的年代來說也很不錯了 特別喜歡酒店的桑拿 干净卫生 特舒服 去那裡打车都很近 很棒的一次出行体验 只是洗手間的洗漱台太矮了 用的有点累 對腰不好的人不太友好

We were not told of deposit and they just collected without informing. Not yet received our deposit. Poor management of controlling smoker. Our floor indicates non smoking area. But people just smoke in the corridor and room. |Breakfast normal everyday the same|Function dinner terrible

The bed was comfortable and I enjoyed the most. The water heater was hot even you shower for long hours. The food provided was delicious. It suit our foreign taste. Enjoy so much in this hotel will recommend to friends and colleagues.

床很舒服，我最喜欢。即使长时间淋浴，热水器仍然很热。提供的食物很美味。很适合我们外国人的口味。在这家酒店享受了这么多，会推荐给朋友和同事。

虽然遇到一些住宿问题，但是都可以很好的解决，未来依旧会选择该集团旗下的酒店，也希望酒店可以提高自身服务水准。

The rooms were really old，but staff was friendly and supported as much as they can.The staff was very supportive, child friendly and super fast. I was really impressed. Special thanks to Ms Nalisa Ni- she is amazing.One comment for the hotel,They really need to renew the rooms,Especially the AC,It smelled of mould or something similar

千禧年正式開業的哈爾濱香格里拉是我第二次入住的了，回想起第一次入住已應該是2006！酒店裝潢與房間設計確實比較是舊式的了，但是香格里拉的服務就是給你有無限的信心。入住的時候估計因為是聖誕黃金的旺季就比較有點混亂，但是工作人員仍然悉心體貼地服務又提升了房間果然是香格里拉的一貫禮客之道作風要特别給讚的就是大堂禮賓部經理 Bruce Jiang （图二见红箭）….. 不論是房間任何要求的安排或到旅遊景點的建議及買票或外出餐飲的建議，他經驗非常之豐富服務絕對到位下次再來訪哈爾濱，香格里拉必然是我的首要選擇PS: 建議一句酒店的大堂建設與房間也差不多是時候要重新處理一下追上时代的步伐

Very friendly staff. Pool and Finnish Sauna have been very nice after the cold temperatures outside. Breakfast is great with western and chinese food. Rooms are ok but outdated. Had a river view room which was nice.

非常友好的工作人员。室外寒冷的气温过后，泳池和芬兰桑拿浴室非常好。早餐很棒，有西餐和中餐。房间还可以，但是已经过时了。有一个河景房，很不错。
