NOT RECOMMENDED. Reasons: Misrepresentation, with suboptimal attitude & service recovery. Stayed there with my boyfriend on my own birthday. Booked through kkday. Was very excited. It was stated very clearly on their official website that the room we booked, “Two Bedroom Deluxe Garden View”, had a bathtub. We even called to confirm again, telling them we are referring to their website, that the room we booked that particular room with all the facilities mentioned, they said yes. We did see on kkday it said “shower”, but since they stated “bathtub” on their OFFICIAL website, and we have already confirmed with them that they had the facilities stated on their own official WEBSITE, we bought bath bombs for the occasion. We were very excited to enjoy the bath. There was NO BATH TUB. (Edit: NO APPLE TV EITHER.) I called the counter to inquire, all I got was “no, for your room type all rooms have showers.” Then they later called back and basically said “marketing made a mistake, sorry.” Still full charge. No intentions for service recovery. This is legally misrepresentation, as they did not provide the service/product they claimed to offer. I do understand mistakes happen. But their attitude really ruined it for us. On top of that, they have extra charge for everything lol. Imagine feeling super disappointed right when you enter the room… took us quite a while to bring the mood back up. Attached please see their website (they just took it down after our stay), and what was actually offered. Side note: they only give you two bottles of bonaqua water, then they will charge you $5 for each extra bottle… so be prepared to bring your own water.

不推荐。 原因：信息不实，态度和服务不到位。 我和男朋友在生日那天入住了这家酒店。通过kkday预订的。非常兴奋。 他们的官网上写得很清楚，我们预订的“双卧室豪华花园景观房”有浴缸。我们甚至再次打电话确认，告诉他们我们指的是他们的官网，我们预订的房间确实有所有提到的设施，他们说有。 我们在kkday上看到说有“淋浴”，但由于他们在官网上写的是“浴缸”，而且我们已经和他们确认过，他们的设施和官网上说的一样，所以我们买了沐浴球。我们非常兴奋地享受了泡澡的时光。 没有浴缸。 （补充：也没有苹果电视。） 我打电话到前台询问，得到的回复是“没有，你这个房型所有房间都有淋浴。”后来他们又打来电话，说的基本上是“市场部出了点小差错，很抱歉”。还是全额收费，而且没有提供任何服务补救的意图。 这在法律上是虚假陈述，因为他们没有提供他们声称提供的服务/产品。我理解难免会犯错。但他们的态度真的毁了我们。更糟糕的是，他们所有的东西都要额外收费，哈哈。想象一下，一进房间就超级失望……我们花了好一会儿才缓过神来。 附件是他们的网站（我们入住后他们就下架了），请看看他们实际提供的服务。 附注：他们只提供两瓶博纳夸矿泉水，之后每多一瓶要收5美元……所以要做好自带矿泉水的准备。

Stayed there for 4 weeks and loved it so much - the room was beautiful and just loved the vibe. We did pre-view the room before booking.
