FUNDI hotel

這間民宿的價位區間與服務定得很用心。位於台南市中心，離台南火車站前站約700公尺。設備和裝置很現代化。入口藏於台南巷弄內，建議由公園路走側巷進入。旅館有停車場，位於後門與鄰近寺廟共用。一樓是大廳與公用廚房，屋內有兩道樓梯，所以不大會因人潮塞住。民宿是老房子全新改造，所以沒有電梯。攜帶大量大件行李或依賴殘障輪椅的人可能會遇到點麻煩。全棟均有免費無線網路。因為沒有全時櫃台，入住前請務必先以電話預約抵達時間。||||房間偏小，除家具與走動空間以外，沒有太多空間。浴室以淋浴為主，水氣容易影響客房。房間隔音也稍差。||||整體來說，是個性價比很高的選項。不建議攜帶大量大件行李與重度輪椅倚賴者入住。||這個價位區間很難有其它有利競爭者。非常建議外縣市來的輕度自助旅行者入住。||||---- English Version ----||This hotel has placed itself in a unique position, alone with it's budget asking price. The hotel is located near the Tainan city center, and it's only 700m walking distance from Tainan Train station's front station.||||The hotel's front enterence is hidden within old Tainan's narrow alley, which does give new comers some worring. The provided parking space is at the hotel's back door, co-operated with near by temple. It's advised for the first commer to park the car along side of Gongyuan Rd., then walk through the short alley to find the hotel.||||The first floor is gathering hall and public kitchen. Since the hotel does not provide an all time reception, please phone and make sure they know your arrival time. The hotel is retrofit from an old house, with TWO narrow stairs, but no elevator. Because of those, it is advise not to bring a lot of large suitcases, also not a good choice if you are travleing with disable people. Hotel does provide free WiFi connection all day long.||||Room size is quite small, there won't be much space after a king-size bed in the middle of the room. Each room has flat TV, air cond. and shower/toliet. If you have trouble sleeping, plz do bring a pair of ear plug; as the rooms are not sound isolated very well.||||All considered, this is a lovely choice for budget traveler. It has nice location, helpful staff, free car park and within walking distance from Train station. Cons? No elevator! XD But look at the asking price, you really can't asking much.

交通上來說離火車站不算很近,但要靠步行到達沒問題,附近有麵店.7-11和性格早午餐,我覺得吃的方面來說還算方便,汽機車要停在成功路上的停車格,,房間雖小五臟俱全,以價格上來說CP值還不錯,小缺點是太晚回民宿可能沒有室內托能穿,還有服務人員說要補毛巾也忘記了,但之前在台南以差不多的價格只能住到公用房間和衛浴的青年旅館,所以整體來說蠻推薦給大家的!

一進房間立馬發現枕頭和棉被看起來都不像是經過清潔的，掀開棉被居然看到床上有毛髮而且不止一根，換了房間情況依舊。開會發了一個餐盒放在房間桌上不超過三小時成了螞蟻大軍的食物。早上八點更是有戶外工程施工以及民宿員工使用吸塵器整理房間的聲音充當鬧鐘，原是訂兩晚住宿，但為了不打壞旅程的心情索性隔天一早改訂其他間旅社，自行認賠一晚，看到此間民宿的風評如此好但入住卻是天壤之別，不勝唏噓。

位於小巷裡的小旅店，比較方便沒有開車的人，開車的話會比較難找停車位。房間比較細小，但非常整潔，冷氣夠涼，而且有很多關於台南的旅遊資訊，確是不錯。

地點不錯離火車站近，方便沒開車的人。但不方便停車，需要自己找停車位。||房間設施就算普通，隔音可以再加強，算對得起他的價格。||客服人員很友善，民宿有提供台南景點與美食的資訊。

小巧溫馨的民宿，空間利用的很明亮，客房有對外窗戶，可惜房間隔音不是很好，都一直聽見外面的聲音與其他客人走動的腳步聲，但整體的住宿環境還可以，地點也方便

房間設備簡單環境舒適,旅館主人不會讓人有壓力非常自在的小旅館,||距離車站不會太遠路上也有商店和餐廳,走到赤崁樓大概10-15分鐘,

我想不到台南會有這麼高CP值的旅館||只是抱著省錢的心態前來入住，卻有不少驚喜，裡面的裝潢大概就是文創商旅等級的||FUNDI在價格上太有競爭力了，同樣的價錢在台南火車站附近只能住很老舊的旅館||我在台灣住過不少文創商旅，頂多就空間大一點點，但是價格至少都要2000~3000
