June 13th for two nights 1. Bathroom Sewage Smell: A strong sewage smell permeates the bathroom and the entire room when the air conditioning is off, especially noticeable after returning from being out for an afternoon. 2. Poor Soundproofing: The sound insulation is very poor; activities in the hallway are clearly audible. 3. Air Conditioning Issues: The in-room air conditioning only allows for fan speed adjustment. The temperature setting seems ineffective, making the room excessively cold. 4. Disappointing Service Quality: I was truly astonished by the service quality. (1) Unprofessional Housekeeping Inquiries: At 9 AM, upon leaving the room for breakfast, I was abruptly asked by housekeeping if I needed my room cleaned. I was confused and had to tell them "later." After breakfast, I wanted to rest, and around 1 PM, the front desk actually called to ask if I needed room cleaning. I have stayed in numerous hotels across Taiwan, from unrated to five-star, and this is the first time I've ever received a call about room cleaning. This is incredibly rude and unprofessional. Such calls only disturb guests and do not convey any sense of care. Normally, my understanding of hotel cleaning policies is: rooms are not cleaned by default after 3 PM or if a "Do Not Disturb" sign is hung. If I leave the room before 3 PM, hang a "Please Clean" sign, or request notification at the front desk, the room would be cleaned. What's so difficult about this? I was asked once during breakfast, and then disturbed by a phone call again while trying to nap before the usual cleaning time. (2) Premature Check-out Reminder Call: On the day of check-out, with more than half an hour remaining until the official check-out time, I received a disturbing call reminding me to check out. I was truly flabbergasted; I've never encountered any hotel that calls guests to remind them to check out. Are you operating like a motel? I do not recommend this hotel to anyone considering a stay here. The service quality and room cleanliness at your other property, the Dunbei branch near the Taipei Arena, are vastly superior. The head office needs to significantly enhance staff training for this branch 6/13入住兩晚 1. 廁所下水道味會衝進來，出門一個下午空調沒開一進房間就是下水道味 2. 隔音很差，基本上走道在幹嘛一清二楚 3. 房間空調只能調風量，溫度有調跟沒調一樣，冷的要死。 4. 服務素質讓我大開眼界。 （1）九點出房門去吃早餐，遇到打掃人員直接劈頭被問需不需要打掃。 我直接黑人問號只好先說晚點再說。 吃完早餐因為昨晚很累所以想說再睡一下，約莫一點左右櫃檯竟然打電話來問需不需打掃房間？？ 我住過全台這麼多飯店，沒星的到五星的，這是我第一次被打電話問需不需要打掃。真的是很沒禮貌，也很沒素質，這種電話只會打擾到我，一點被關心的感覺都不會有。 正常來說，飯店打掃的制度我的理解普遍是：超過三點默認不打掃、掛請勿打擾不掃，如果三點前我離開房間或有掛請打掃或請櫃檯通知，就都會掃。到底有什麼困難？吃個早餐問一次、小睡一下還沒到點又要被電話打擾問一次。 （2）退房日還有超過半小時才要退房就打電話來打擾提醒退房。我也真的是醉了，沒看過哪一間飯店還會打電話提醒住客退房的，是當自己汽車旅館嗎？ 不推薦觀望的人來住這間，同系列另一間小巨蛋旁的敦北館服務素質、房間整潔度都屌打這間，請總公司加強訓練。

睡了一晚，優缺點如下*房間很小，隔音不太好走廊的聲音很明顯*浴室算大，乾淨，有免治加溫馬桶*床偏硬(我蠻喜歡的)，然後床的長度大於200公分，對我大加分。(我很討厭床長度180的，因為我身高的關係腳都會伸出去，會有浮空感而造成睡眠品質極差，偏偏很多旅館的床是這樣)*早餐不算精緻但還算豐富，九點半還會補菜

酒店地理位置非常方便. 寧靜中帶旺. 步行到松江南京路捷運站也只需1分鐘. 附近也有食店營業到凌晨兩點. 酒店同事熱情好客款待，為客人解決不同問題. 唯獨是早餐比較簡單，但房間價錢及位置取勝，台北實在無太多選擇了.

衛生情況不錯 但房間設備有點舊 不太像翻新過的 附近有便利店 生活機能不錯 酒店也有提供早餐 食物質素尚可接受 若價錢平一點下次會考慮入住

一個人房間剛剛好 但衛生問題真的要好好反省一下第一天check-in嘅時候 看見衛生間 很骯髒的毛巾當初我還怕是自己進錯房間對於這件事還蠻失望的 雖然通知了前台 前台說是維修人員的 但是是不是應該跟進一下？到了第二天 的晚上 我回到酒店房 看見地下有遺下的吸管我想應該是今天有清潔人員進來幫我房間但是作為一個清潔人員 你是不是應該清潔好整理好？不知道是否牆身本身是比較薄 可以聽見 隔壁房 在聊天聊什麼都可以聽到 一丁點沒有私隱
