台北喜来登大饭店

這次入住沒有對萬豪鈦金會員的認可，沒有告知是否有房間升級，房間沒有送果盤，也沒有夜床服務，晚上回來問前台小哥，他告知只有套房才有。||上次是4月份入住，當時前台有告知升級高樓層行政房，房間有送水果，歡迎信還有晚上在夜床Turn down service。||退房，前台問這次入住感受，當一告知不太好，他馬上擺出送客在態度，不好意思，下次來再讓你賓至如歸，謝謝，再見！，一氣呵成的送客。||This time, there was no recognition of my Marriott Titanium membership during my stay. I was not informed about any room upgrades, there was no fruit plate in the room, and there was no turn-down service. When I returned in the evening and asked the front desk staff, I was told that these services are only available in suites.||The last time I stayed was in April, and at that time, the front desk informed me about an upgrade to a high-floor executive room. The room had fruit, a welcome letter, and turn-down service in the evening.||When checking out, the front desk asked about my experience this time. As soon as I mentioned it wasn’t very good, the staff immediately displayed a dismissive attitude, saying, 'Sorry, we’ll make sure you feel at home next time. Thank you, goodbye!'—all in one breath, sending me off.|

喜來登飯店是我在台北最常住的飯店. 交通便利和高水準的服務是我主要的考慮. 它的房間和一些比較新的飯店相較小,但並不到狹小的程度。|這次入住我特別滿意的是17樓的行政貴賓廳. 它的空間和硬體很適合1-3人小型會議. 早餐,下午茶,晚餐Happy Hour的食物選擇固然不如一樓的12廚,但是也都相當精緻,多元. |服務和整合是這個貴賓廳的強項. 那裏的櫃台和現場服務人員除了提供餐點服務之外,也可以為房客提供一樓Lobby和Concierge的功能. 基本上,在我入住期間,行政貴賓廳是我的客廳和會議室.雖然許多Marriott 飯店有類似的貴賓廳設施,但台北喜來登的行政貴賓廳是少數讓我覺得名符其實的貴賓廳.

酒店位置优越、距离台北车站徒步十分钟。 转捷运、高铁、巴士的选择都非常多。 房间宽敞、床品舒适、隔音效果不错。 确点是有点老旧了、虽然精心管理、但沙发破旧、窗帘是破的、马桶卫洗丽因为加装改造、使用起来让人迷惑。 食物中规中矩、客人以欧美、日本、台湾客为主。性价比一般。

Front desk lady providing the bad service is protected by privacy laws so her photo and name is removed. How appropriate that those that do a terrible job are protected like that. If you see an Asian lady that wears glasses and has short hair you should avoid her. Since you don’t know who it is to avoid maybe then you should just avoid the Sheraton grand Taipei all together. Worst customer service ever. She was rude and obnoxious. The 4 room reservation was made under my brother’s name and she refused to check us in without him being there. We told her he is at a long important meeting and should not be disturbed nor can he be reached or arrive until that evening. She ignored everything we told her and calls him anyway and of course gets his voicemail. She then said she wanted the party of 10 including my 80 and 82 years old parents to just wait in the lobby until my brother shows up that evening. Unbelievable! I said I will pay with a credit card first and she said no. She would not listen and understand the situation but rather acted very difficult and unprofessionally and even shook her head at us. She was dismissive and did not offer any assistance. We had to find our reservation numbers and ask her if this was proof of reservation. How incompetent and poorly trained can she be. 特地帶小孩去體驗親子房 房間裡面就有溜滑梯 小孩很開心|附贈的手拉手樂園 裡面的娃娃廚房區 各式各樣的扮家家酒器具 小孩玩得不亦樂乎|沒出門吃飯 客房服務也很棒 隔天也有附贈早餐 位子都很大 桌與桌的間隔保持得很剛好 |早餐種類也滿多 如果下次有機會也會選擇喜來登

充电器忘在房间，退房后当天晚上去问说是没有，但是真的落在房间了。虽然不是什么贵重的东西找不到就算了，但是作为一个5星级的品牌会发生这种东西明明落在房间找不到的事有点夸张。

交通方便，地理位置一流，又近捷運站。員工態度有善，禮貌。房間環境十分寬敞舒適。下次來台北會再預訂房間。
