Unfortunately, I found that this accommodation and advertising were extremely misleading and did not reflect what I thought I booked via the website. Despite the good location, I felt disappointed and upset with the condition of the room. It was not maintained, had an old/humidity smell, it’s run down and with dust on top of appliances, tape was used to amend damaged wall paper, frames etc… and left over “items” were found from past guests. Their customer service was extremely disappointed and when contacted, they were rude and dismissive, I have never encountered anything like this. I would give it a 0 star rating but not possible. Please do not book.

4인실은 냉장고도 있고 12만원에 나쁘지않았음. 7만원짜리 2인실은 비추천.빈곤체험임. 칫솔셋트, 티슈,친절한 응대가 좋았고, 침사추이역 n3번으로 나오면 캐리어 끌고다니기도 편하고, 위치는 정~~말 좋았어요.

四人间有冰箱，12万韩元的价格还不错。 我不推荐7万韩元的双人间。感觉就像体验贫困一样。 牙刷套装、纸巾和友好的服务都很棒。从尖沙咀站N3出口出来，我可以轻松地拖着行李箱到处走。地理位置绝对完美。

Suuuuuuper sketchy place, uncertain if it still exists. Attempted to book through a US booking site, and received phishing/scam messages after booking with threats of cancelling my reservation if I didn't respond within 2 hours even though the reservation was paid and still a month away. They tried to pass it off as being hacked, although did not say this until after I replied saying their request was sketchy. Subsequently can not get in contact with them. We tried to call and were answered by a screaming lady who immediately hung up. I eventually filed a chargeback with my credit card but still haven't been able to get in contact with them. Don't put yourself through the hassle.
