Crafa Harbour Hotel

I stayed here only for one night however I wasn't impressed with the upkeep of the hotel, from the pictures it looks quite different. In the hotel room was an old rolled up towel against the window presumably to soak up any leak coming through and the room just felt dark and dreary. My friend also left some clothing items in the room and inside was some important documents and cash. It was accidentally left on a chair to hide important documents however when leaving we forgot it was there. When returning to the hotel the next day they claimed that they found the two t-shirts however the little bag/wallet was seemingly not found... All the money was taken and bag not returned just the two t-shirts. It was clearly our mistake for leaving something behind but I would hope in these situations for people to turn in these items however it wasn't the case.

Unfortunately at the check-out I left a t-shirt with my passport and money in the room. After returning to the hotel, the receptionist mentioned that they found the T-shirt but no passport or money. The money was unfortunately stolen by the housekeeping. The receptionist asked us to leave and follow up via email instead of trying to find the passport immediately. Overall pretty disappointing but I guess its partially also my fault to not properly check the room while checking out.

I booked a queen harbour view room. The view was great and I loved the high ceilings. The bathroom in my particular unit was strangely large (almost as large as the bedroom). I would’ve preferred the bedroom to be larger and the bathroom smaller. Not all of their front desk staff speak english, but the daytime one does. The wifi was consistent and good enough to do video calls. The air conditioning was strong. Location wise, it was a little far from the MTR station. However, it was close to some bus stations.

我订的是海景大床房。 景色很棒，我喜欢高高的天花板。我所在单元的浴室出奇地大（几乎和卧室一样大）。我希望卧室大一点，浴室小一点。 并非所有前台工作人员都会说英语，但白天的工作人员会说英语。无线网络信号稳定，足以进行视频通话。空调很强。 位置的话，离地铁站有点远。不过，它离一些公交车站很近。

It was great time in there i stayed 2 night and before this hotel i couldn't sleep well because of AC noise but this hotel was quite and view was also amazing. Room floor was wood and bit scratched but nothing important for me If you are looking for hotel in the wan chai with great view with affordable price highly recommend here

It’s a good 3 star hotel with its size and stuff equipped in the room. HOWEVER, the Victoria Harbor view is 6 star hotel level. This is totally worth the money. There is a $500 CASH deposit up front as well when you check in, $100 additional if you need additional card. Location is not the easiest to find, but it is very convenient to causeway bay and wanchai

Great hotel. We experienced very nice and supporting staff. Uncomplicated and quick check in process. Our room was ready before official check in time. We could leave our luggage after check out. Our room was perfect for our stay. Quite big for Hongkong hotel rooms. For anyone who is in Hongkong for the first time, the view (day and night) is simply breathtaking. Food, restaurants and cafes around the corner
