The best experience we had in China in the year we been here. Mandy speaks English and called us after our booking to facilitate our journey and booked us a cab from the airport. She is helpful and friendly and made this trip great. For example, she helped us book an electric bike so we could explore the area around Lijiang. The room is as good as the photos. The bed is Comfortable. The hotel is modern and tastefully decorated with best coffee in the area. The owner is a great guy, who cares about his customers and is a pleasure to talk with. Overall highly recommend.
