This B&B has everything brand new and clean. Most people get a private bathroom and only 2 rooms share. A couple of the rooms have balconies. The cafe downstairs has fresh coffee--and they roast the beans. Delicious breakfast, great central location near the river, but in a quiet neighborhood. Friendly owner, and great value. Would definitely stay again!

This is by far the nicest and cleanest Air BnB I've ever stayed in. Jasmine, the owner, is unbelievably sweet and caring to those who stay there. She speaks amazing English and went above and beyond to call us taxis, drive us places, let us borrow her bike, and even offered to do our laundry. The rooms are clean and new and have amazing AC, though I wish the halls or bathrooms were also cooled. If you're in the area, this is worth every dollar.

An absolute amazing experience with friendly and professional service by the host. The coffee and tea were devine and refreshing along with the tasty finger food. Will be back again!

It a very nice place, good ambience ,nice owner but no television and it worth to stay and will recommend to friends to stay at this place if they ever come to Tainan.
