5星级酒店服务质量比较好，5星级以外的酒店都不行，总台的服务人员还可以，打扫卫生的服务人员的服务态度差一点！我们经常出差，没有太多的挑剔，只要安全方面差不多，卫生能说的过去就行，因为福田二区这一带都是新建的，它卫生条件还算说的过去，一般！总体上这家酒店说不上好，只能说是一般，其实这些酒店也都一样！

环境不怎么好，感觉不太舒服。房间的设施也不怎么好，稍微旧点，房间也不大，卫生还好，挺干净的。服务员的服务态度还可以，办理入住退房的时候服务还可以，让他送个东西也能随叫随到。周围的地理位置还可以，不是市中心，是在一个大超市的边上，交通很方便，停车也方便，停车场很大。

酒店位置很好，在国际商贸城区域，谈完生意出市场走几步就到了。价位也还行，200左右就够了。就是房间里面空间太小太小，一张床基本就把位置给占完了，过道上鞋子都不好放。电视能收到的太也不多，总体印象一般

感觉还错。。服务人员也还可以。。里面的电脑配置不太高。。床还是很舒服的。。网速太慢了。。卫生情况也很好。特别是浴室。。感觉也很不错。房间的色调也很好。

This is the worst hotel I have ever been, It was terrible both service and hygiene. I booked 4 nights and paid already. When the day I came to China at 12pm at midnight and I called the hotel to inform that I would be late for check-in time. But when I came to hotel, the receiption tell us that there is no room available and ask us to move to another hotel near there. I was extremely shocked, I booked 10 days ago and there is no room for me, no one support me to find another one at midnight .Then, I have to take a walk 9km to find another hotel to sleep. Finally , I found one at 2am and the price is higher than your hotel, I had to pay price difference and stayed 1 one night. Tomorrow night, I return your China World Hotel to stay 3 nights. I realized hygiene here terrible, the carpet was dirty, the bed was smelly, the frige was a mess even the kettle was dirty too. The door of the restroom was broken down, I couldn't open the door and I couldn't use the restroom. This is my bad experience when I stayed your hotel, I hope your hotel should improve

这是我住过的最差的酒店，服务和卫生都很糟糕。我预订了 4 晚并已经付款。那天我半夜12点来中国的时候，我给酒店打电话告知我会迟到入住时间。但是当我到达酒店时，收据告诉我们没有房间，并要求我们搬到附近的另一家酒店。我非常震惊，我10天前预订的房间已经没有房间了，半夜没人支持我另找一间酒店。然后我必须步行9公里才能找到另一家酒店睡觉。最后，我在凌晨2点找到了一间，价格比你们酒店高，我只好补差价，住了一晚。明天晚上，我就回你们中国大饭店住3晚。我意识到这里的卫生很糟糕，地毯很脏，床很臭，冰箱很乱，甚至水壶也很脏。厕所门坏了，门打不开，也无法使用厕所。这是我住你们酒店的不好的经历，希望你们酒店能改进

Stayed at the hotel for a nighter and i can easily say the receptionist was warmly welcoming and gently tried to communicate with the hotel policies even though she was chinese and i can only speak english but we managed to understand each other at the end. The room was okay for the price i paid i think it was alright. Being as its hot furing this time in China the AC worked just fine. I can be sure to stay here in my next visit Cheers

Horrible stay, useless staff/managers and cares only about money:- room was smelling very bad and found broken glasses behind the nightstand.- Breakfast was very low quality (we tried one time and never went the next days)- booked triple room for 3 adults (with different agendas) and gave us only 1 key card, when asked for another, they say they can't (this is the first time a hotel told me they have only one card per room, while I can clearly see that they have a lot of cards at the reception 🤦).- during the heavy rain m, a lote of was coming out of the bathroom (see pictures) and toilets too! When warned the manager at that moment, they say "we can do nothing" (so we had to deal with it hoping water will not go outside the bathroom). - we also faced power cut for many hours and elevator was not working and had to take the long walking stairs. - they're trying to charge you for everything (even the cheap coffee in the room that the other hotels give for free, they are charging for it 🤦). I'll never come back to this hotel again.

糟糕的住宿经历，无用的员工/经理，只关心钱：-房间闻起来很糟糕，床头柜后面发现玻璃碎了。-早餐质量非常低（我们尝试过一次，但接下来的几天再也没有去过）-预订了三人房3 个成年人（有不同的议程），只给了我们一张钥匙卡，当我们要求另一张时，他们说不能（这是酒店第一次告诉我他们每个房间只有一张钥匙卡，而我可以清楚地看到他们有很多卡接待处🤦）。-在大雨期间，很多人从浴室（见图）和厕所里出来！当当时警告经理时，他们说“我们无能为力”（所以我们不得不处理它，希望水不会流到浴室外面）。 -我们还面临停电好几个小时，电梯无法工作，不得不走很长的步行楼梯。 -他们试图向你收取一切费用（即使是其他酒店免费提供的房间里的廉价咖啡，他们也要收费🤦）。我永远不会再回到这家酒店。
