Amazing location Social fees to stay Dormitory beds are comfy. Shower has nice hot water The team is just great. They will help with anything they can. Just ask. Dormitory is cleaned throughout the day . Still, please keep it clean ☺️. I am a tall 6'1 black guy in my 40's. I will stay there next time if it's available.

Great location ! Close to metro and bus to/ from airport A11 The rooms are little cubicles great for a short stay, comfy mistress and blanket and lights inside the cubicle. The only female room was great, met a group of super nice travelers. They have lockers ! Big enough for your backpacking bag . Just bring your own lock Front desk was very helpful They give you towel shampoo and liquid soap Need to leave a deposit of 100 dollars cash for the cards you will return upon check out They have microwave and little fridge also tea pot , hair dryer

I stayed at this hostel and was thoroughly impressed by its central location, right in the heart of the action. The hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing the overall experience. The value for money is excellent, with comfortable and clean beds. The hostel's location is ideal, just a 10-minute walk to the harbor and a lovely waterfront promenade. Being situated on the main shopping street means you're surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this hostel for its great location, excellent service, and overall comfort.

地點真的非常好，背包客棧的收費也是非常便宜，不過床位整潔欠佳，床邊有蟑螂出沒，房間內也會因為其他旅客的氣味導致整體氣味欠佳，當天睡的床位usb完全失去功能無法使用！不過老闆態度客氣友善

Está en un enorme edificio compartido. No está mal para llegar solamente a dormir. No hay absolutamente posibilidad de socializar si eso es lo que estás buscando. El encargado de recepción fue amable y no tuve ningún inconveniente. Para el estándar de hong kong es un lugar accesible y bien ubicado pero con una atmósfera muy gris y aburrida.

Cheapest hostel in HKG, but yet an amazing service and location. 100% recommend. Will definitely stay there again for my next visit. Thanks again!

I saw some bad comments but ı see different experiences. All things good. Here downtown .many mrt. Monster building near. Times square and many food. Easy to go cross side by mrt. Also airport link near. Mirror on bed. Has two card. Important things here is clean! No bug etc.

After reading the reviews online I was really skeptical about staying there, but it was the only reasonably priced so I chose it. It has a huge potential to be unleashed with simple changes but right now can impact your stay. Pros: - location: amazing location just a couple minutes from causeway bay subway station. several bus/tram stops in front of the building. close to restaurants, malls and Victoria Park. - facilities: beds are comfortable in a capsule style. every capsule has lights and a outlet. - cleanliness: everything was really clean at check in and there is a daily lady that comes by to clean everything. Cons: - check in/check out: the check in/out process is really haphazard. You arrive at the unit and have to call a number to reach the owner. The owner will then talk to a guy on site (who speaks no english) who will give you both cards needed to enter the building/hostel. However, the owner may not pick up the phone or the guy can be absent from the hostel, which will leave you standing outside with no instruction of what to do. I've seen this happen when I was there. For check out, you have to collect the key deposit with this guy who can be absent from site and you will have to wait. - no towel provided - structure: there is a single space with 5 bunk beds, a fridge, sofa, hair dryer, table and chairs. Therefore, if someone decides use the hair dryer 6AM or cook and eat some soup 11PM the sound/smell will reach the entire room and can really impact sleeping. - management: no one is properly running the place so if you want to turn on the AC or turn off the lights just do it yourself. - storage space: every locker is occupied with stuff from the hostel, which leaves nowhere to keep your stuff. Luggage are kept on the floor next to the beds - host: there is a guy leaving on site (which handles check in) that creates some awkward situations. There are four bathroom stalls and he uses one as his kitchen and other he hangs his clothes, which leaves two "empty" ones for the guests. Although you can use them all, it is awkward to shower with some ones underwear hanging next to you. Also, he has a different routine than the guests and kind of "owns the place", which sometimes can create the feeling that you are staying at some ones house that you cannot even communicate with. - maintenance: even tough the facilities are nice, it lacks some basic maintenance. My original bunk bed had no power, so I had to change. On my second one the light didn't dim all the way, which bothered during sleep. The shower head was lose when I arrived, and I had to reattach it myself. In summary, it is not a nightmare, but be aware of possible headaches.
