I don’t normally leave reviews on hotel/apartment that I’ve stayed in during my holidays but I feel like I have to after a terrible experience here, for the benefit of others.. Firstly, the rooms are not properly cleaned. There was hair and food gunk stuck in the bathroom and kitchen sink. Our bathroom sink also drains poorly. The safety box came without instructions and the staff could not help. We were told they are only do check in/out and security and not part of housekeeping. The website we booked our rooms on, stated daily housekeeping. When our rooms were not cleaned on the first day, we made a complaint but all we got are excuses. Avoid

Stayed at V Causeway Bay for 3 months as relocation transit. First of all, you need to be aware that the check-in counter is on the 8th floor, as I was quite confused. However, the staff were super friendly and apologized for the confusion. However, I had some issues when I checked in. I was not able to make the safe work, but their customer service team sent a technician immediately and fixed it. Also I did not know that I had to turn on the water heater before jumping under the shower. They should explicate explain this. Besides of this V Causeway Bay is a great place to stay. They seemed to have renovated and upgraded their apartments recently. Wifi works well and they have an app which can control the lighting and air conditioning in the room. Rooms are clean and well equipped. |Next, it is very close to Causeway Bay MTR and super easy to commute to work (Fortress Hill) and easy to reach Central n TST. |Overall, I enjoyed staying at V Causeway bay!|

I primarily chose this hotel for the great location (just a minute walk from the Causeway Bay MTR station, making it easy to get to the rest of Hong Kong Island, the harbour, and to get connections to the Kowloon side of Hong Kong), but I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was.||The room was clean, spacious (even by western standards) and very modern. I had no issues with getting the air conditioning to be the perfect temperature for me (which I've learnt not to take for granted, especially during the hotter months of the year). The wifi was fast, the staff were friendly and able to recommend some local restaurants/advise on the best transport to get to different parts of the city. Overall I would definitely recommend it.

Stayed at the V for a month with my family. ||-All staffs were polite and professional, especially the staffs from the concierge, they were super friendly and helpful.|-Cosy and clean environment. |-Great and convenient location. |-So many great restaurants and shops nearby. |Highly recommend for whose who will visit Hong Kong to stay at V.

I enjoyed the stay at the V last month. Highly recommended. Convenience location, plenty of yummy food nearby. Beautifully-equipped and comfortable. The staffs are professional and efficient. Will definitely stay here again when visit Hong Kong.

We had a wonderful experience staying at Causeway Bay. It is conveniently located next to Shops, Dining, and entertainment. Came here to visit with friends and will diffidently return. The staff was very professional and polite. We also loved the look of the apartments. We cannot wait to return again.
