We had an extremely comfortable month long stay in a 2 bedroom "grand executive" apartment. So many pluses: - It's a huge place for Hong Kong. Both bedrooms are very large with bath and shower in ensuites. The living/dining room is also spacious - our family of five had plenty of room to spread out and lounge around all day if needed, even with a trundle bed along one window. - It all feels very modern and fresh. They must have renovated recently based on older reviews, because everything feels very new. Beds are comfortable (if a little harder than I'd normally like), shower is great, and the kitchen is reasonable with everything you need (although a microwave would have been useful!). There's frequent cleaning and linen service, and the concierge is super helpful. The locks are all electronic so you don't need to carry keys around with you. - The location is great, although the walk up from the shops is quite steep! Very easy access to public transport via bus stops practically at the front door or you can walk down the hill to a tram. Happy Valley is a great location for a base in Hong Kong, it's pretty quiet (for Hong Kong!) so you can go home to escape the crowds while still being close to everything. Overall we couldn't be happier. We were looking for a longish stay for a holiday and this worked out much nicer and better value than any of the hotels or airbnb places that we looked at. Highly recommended! Have attached some pictures, noting that it's all a bit messy - taken at night right before we were leaving.

Very friendly helpful staff. Nice decor, modern, and well furnished. The pool was under maintenance during our month of stay. It’s not the ideal location being on a steep slope and therefore not in walking range of supermarkets and cafes. Lacking views (we stayed on the 1st floor) the month felt like we were living in a nice box surrounded by buildings and isolated from amenities.

Eaton Residences was our first temporary home in Hong Kong during our relocation to HK and we could not have asked for a better stay. ||It’s quiet and in a residential area of Happy Valley, a short walk down to shops and restaurants very accessible to parts of the city like CWB and Sheung Wan (minibus stop right outside the apartment).||The real star of our stay was the service though - Franco and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home and even lent us the tools to help assemble some tricky toys for our toddler in the middle of the night! We never had an issue with anything whatsoever and the apartment was clean, well furnished for a long stay and a great space for our family of three. ||Highly recommend the group as a great way to get started in HK!

逸东轩是我们搬到香港后的第一个临时住所，我们无法要求更好的住宿。||这里很安静，位于跑马地的住宅区，步行不远便可到达商店和餐馆，前往市中心部分地区，如铜锣湾和上环（公寓外就有小巴站）。||不过，我们住宿期间真正值得称道的是服务 - Franco 和他的团队竭尽全力让我们有宾至如归的感觉，甚至在半夜借给我们工具，帮助我们为幼儿组装一些棘手的玩具！我们从来没有遇到任何问题，公寓干净整洁，家具齐全，适合长期居住，是我们一家三口的绝佳空间。||强烈推荐这个团队，这是在香港开始新生活的绝佳方式！

We are staying here for 6 months and are very happy. Super convenient with bus stop near a few metres away from the front door. For the commuter, easy to flag a taxi or guaranteed a seat in the mornings being the 2nd bus stop from route commencement. All staff are warm and friendly. Pool and gym is not commonly used so often will only be yourself to enjoy. In a quiet location, it is a walk or bus ride down the hill to shops, and cafes. Thank you Eaton Residences!

Stayed there from April until Nov as it is quite close to my office in Causeway Bay.||||As soon as I checked in, I felt regret about my decision. The apt is quite old and appears being lack of mantainence. ||||Also the staff were very cold and unhelpful. The housekeeping was in a very low level and very basic. The housekeeping staff sometime switched off the air con and I ended up pay for their mistake.||||The killer is wifi might be the slowest wifi I have ever come across and it will take me about 10min to load up a BBC page. When I turned to the staff for help , they just ignored my request. ||||Glad that I have moved out now and would never come back.

Very nice location and well-maintained. Shame that the pool is closed and the 24/7 gym was misrepresented on the website and in writing.
