Superb customer service - always attentive to the needs and requests of tenants. The housekeeping staff are also courteous and friendly. Rooms are kept clean and garbage are taken out on a daily basis. There is a gym, and massage chair for tenants’ free use. Deposit was returned within 3 weeks from end of stay. Location is very good as it is near an MTR station, bus stops and tram stops. Definitely I will stay again at GardenEast when I am back in Hong Kong.

I stayed in the serviced apartment with my husband for 6 months. The flat was nicely decorated, comfy bed, all the kitchen appliances you might need. Cleaning was very good. The only thing was to get our deposit back, it was a bit complicated. They could improve this procedure. We got the money after 2 weeks.

Stayed at the Garden East serviced apartments for a month. My company had booked me into their biggest apartment which was a studio (they have 1-bedrooms which are smaller). The room was fully equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, enough space to storage bags, TV, DVD player, sofa, washing machine with dryer, microwave, toaster, water kettle, dining table with 4 chairs, an induction cooker and cutlery/crockery of good quality. Basically everything one can ask for in a serviced apartment. For smaller rooms that don't have washing machines, they have a washer/dryer area on one of the floors. ||||The general service was very good, they cleaned a few times every week, the quality of linen was nice. The gym is big and well equipped with multiple machines of each kind. They have a bbq pit on the roof terrace as well. ||||The general area is very nice. The two office towers nearby have plentiful of eating options and coffee shops. The lanes and by-lanes too have local eateries. There is a supermarket right across from the hotel which sells good quality food, vegetables and fruits. The tram line was 300 meters away and so was the MTR station. The shopping district of Causeway Bay is just an MTR stop away while LKF and SoHo were less than 15 mins away by tram or quicker by taxi.||||The only issue that I had whilst living here was that operating the water heater wasn't the simplest job. A few times even though I had switched it on, the water wouldn't heat. Even though I stayed here for 30 days, I somehow never managed to get a complete hang of it. Apart from that, no complains, I would continue staying there if I could afford it.

Stayed for about 3 months it was excellent. Not luxurious but getting there!||I prefered executive studio since its larger than the 1 room suite and better distribution. Those suites only face Queens Road East.||Location is EXCELLENT very near to markets, restaurante, laundry, mtr station, supermarket, bus stops, etc! Although busy during daytime, its super peaceful at night.||Staff is super friendly! Might want to improve stove top, since it only fits 1 pot/pan. You can ask for more kitchen appliances on request.||Theres a terrace top with bbq, great for sunny days.||For a small cost, Ask for daily housekeeping since its only 3x per week. Great gym and reading room.

I have been here for a year now. The service is really good, the people working there are always here for you or/and when you need anything, most of the services are free (even if you need anything for your kitchen like blender, coffee machine, ...). The fitness center is perfect, everything you need to stay in shape and the club house offer free coffee/espresso and so on, and there are 2 massage chairs too :) Cons: - No swimming pool unfortunately - Sometimes not enough "smellproof" I can smell inside my apartment when the apartments on the same floor are cooking.

Goodness me, the previous reviewer seems entirely full of vitriol with regards to gardeneast, and I have to say I'm not entirely sure I understand it! Admittedly, I was in a bigger room, but I loved my 6 month stay there! ||||Yes, rooms/suites are small, this is Hong Kong and you will not get a palatial apartment without paying princely sums (although boy am I glad work was covering my stay, the cost did make me wince!) but the suite I stayed in was perfectly well appointed and totally comfortable for the duration of my stay. I did purchase a small table top over because there is only on hob ring and a microwave so 6 months without that would have been a struggle, but when in Hong Kong do what the locals do and eat out all the time! ||||For me the location was perfect. It was a 5 minute walk from the mtr, you've got a supermarket in the hopewell centre just opposite, and there are hundreds of restaurants/bars within a 10 minute walking distance. I was on the 25th floor and the only time I ever found the apartment to be noisy was on a Sunday when a bunch of ladies gathered in the park for a dance and some drum/tambourine shaking. ||||The staff were always really helpful and friendly, and it was lively having my room made up twice a week (although I will admit it was a bit weird on days off if someone came round to clean- but the 'do not disturb' sign would always stop that) ||||The public areas are nice and well kept, and are not something that all serviced apartments have in Hong Kong so were much appreciated. There's the rooftop, a terrace and the odd zen style garden on the ground floor which did seem to only be used by a lady doing stretching and some chi slapping.||||If you're headed to Hong Kong on a work assignment and need a place to lay your head for several weeks/months I couldn't recommend gardeneast more highly, I'm back home now and it's making me a bit sad even writing about it now! The best time.

I lived here for 6 months whilst on business until last November. I found it very good. It's not stylish or luxury. In fact it looks pretty drab. However after looking at 6 or 7 supposedly swankier serviced apartments in HK, I realised that most of the fancier places were really style over substance. The Garden East seemed to work better. Substance. The rooms certainly aren't big but for the price and being solo, I liked the layout and the size was fine. The furnishings were fine. Again, not stylish, but very clean and smart enough. The gym is one of the larger and best I've seen in apartments in HK. In general, the building isn't as narrow as many, so it's not claustrophobic. Lastly, I love this area of HK, this part of Wan Chai. It's flat not hilly. Not too expat. A great mix of local plus new trendier places. Real HK mixed with some cool. And you can cross the road and be up the steep hill in the trees and jogging along Bowen Road in minutes! A great spot. All in all and value for money, Garden East was great.

Excellent accommodation, excellent customer service, excellent location! What can I ask for more?! Definitely one of the best, if not the best service apartment in Hong Kong. If you work in Wan Chai and /or embrace the convenience in all sorts of food, groceries, public transportation hub, and night life, Wan Chai is the way to go and this should be in your bucket list!

优质的住宿，优质的客户服务，优越的地理位置！我还能要求什么呢？绝对是香港最好的（如果不是最好的）服务式公寓之一。如果您在湾仔工作和/或享受各种食品、杂货、公共交通枢纽和夜生活的便利，湾仔就是您的最佳选择，这应该在您的愿望清单中！
