Rooms are small, but are clean. Walls are paper thin and neighbour keeps their tv on ALL night, so rude when others are trying to sleep. I'll update my post to provide how they handle it. At this point I would not recommend this place.

- 5-10 minutes to CWB MTR depends on how fast your walk - Room is not spacious (which is normal in HK) - Supplies like Shampoo will only be provided once (at least for our 1month stay, they say would only provide 1 time) - 2 cleaning day per week

I have stayed in LoPlus@Hennessy for about 4 months and I have absolutely enjoyed it! The service is wonderful and the apartment had all the comfort I needed. They have a nice and quiet rooftop terrace that I enjoyed as a reading/working spot. The same goes for the reading room and coffee lounge! I much appreciated the complementary coffee and toasts there in the morning. The gym is small but is fitted with high quality equipment: both weights and cardio. They have clean sports-towels and water there too. I had a small problem with my washing machine that was leaking water, but after notifying the reception the problem was picked up immediately and fixed within the day! Perfect. Would absolutely stay there again.

I have disgusting experience in Loplus Hennessey service apartment. My room was full of shxt smell came from the toilet at midnight 00h00. I called the apartment and they said they cannot fix it because they do not have technician at the moment. So I asked to change another room at 00h15, they spend 15 mins to find another room for me. However, they cannot provide me the new room key as again, they claimed they did not have technician to create a new room key. I felt extremely uncomfortable as what they did was like putting a dog in a cage, without freedom to come an go. The whole thing was settled at 01h00 MIDNIGHT, and at the end, they suddenly offer the new room key for me. What a magic trick?! Extremely insulting act to me!!!! The angry feel urges me to write and complain this unacceptable guest experience at this midnight right now!!!!

I stayed there for 1 year and loved the location of it. Housekeeping is friendly. But our wonderful stay turned bitter sweet when they started charging exorbitant prices for basic inventory like glass n soup spoon that got broken. For a fridge tray they charged us $560 which was just too high. If you stay one year at a place with a small child there is bound to be wear n tear and I think most of it was already covered by the high rentals.

It's been a month I have stayed here, 3 months to go. Nothing to complain about. The personnel is really friendly and always happy to help. There is rooftop on which you can invite friends for cool preparty. There is no noise except if the neighbour is noisy. Picture: view from the rooftop

Best apartment I had in Hong Kong. Well created and decorated. Huge space for kitchen, studio and bedroom. Free coffee and newspapers at the 5th floor.
