Hotel One Eighteen

Stayed here for three nights for a business trip, I think it is my new favourite budget hotel in this part of HK. Room was a decent size for Hong Kong, bed was reasonably comfortable, bathroom was modern, iron and ironing board were supplied. Neighbourhood is great, close to the MTR and tram, lots of choices for restaurants, cafes and groceries. Parts of the room were a little faded and worn, perhaps they could offer breakfast in house, but otherwise no complaints especially for the price.

出差在这里住了三晚，我认为这是我在香港这一地区最喜欢的经济型酒店。房间的大小对于香港来说相当合适，床相当舒适，浴室很现代，提供熨斗和熨衣板。街区很棒，靠近地铁和电车，有很多餐厅、咖啡馆和杂货店可供选择。房间的某些部分有点褪色和破旧，也许他们可以在家里提供早餐，但除此之外没有什么可抱怨的，尤其是价格。

Room size is ok ( consider this is in HK), shower room is quite roomy. Location is perfect, close to everything! Very convenient to travel to other suburbs by MTR, buses and trams. Lots of great restaurants around. Staff I came across were very kind and friendly. Will have this hotel should I visit HK again.

房间大小还可以（考虑到这是在香港），淋浴间相当宽敞。位置很完美，靠近一切！乘坐地铁、巴士和电车前往其他郊区非常方便。周围有很多很棒的餐馆。我遇到的工作人员非常友善和友好。如果我再次访问香港，还会选择这家酒店。

酒店前台態度極為惡劣 女伴因身體不適遲了40分鐘check out 期間不斷打電話以惡劣嘅態度要我哋離開 離開後又要俾late checkout fee 主要問題係既然要罰款 使唔使三番四次咁催我哋走? 仲要前言不對後語 一時話遲過一點後要罰款 到走嗰陣又話係十二點半 然後要求罰款 俾錢唔係問題但係前台職員David無論係電話同埋當面語氣同態度都勁差 多次以「佢」稱呼我女伴 作為服務業一員 點樣有禮貌啲講嘢都唔識？ 仲要係生日先訂房 體驗極差

地點方便，離地鐵站近 價錢不貴，CP值高。 房間比想像中大，風景好，房間看日落no problem 安靜沒嘈音。 在香港算很好了 但毛巾有異味 廁所上寫著要洗的毛巾要扔到地板示意 讓我有點擔心衛生

Отличный отель за свою цену (останавливалась также в других отелях Гонконга) - сам номер и санузел немаленькие в сравнении с некоторыми другими отелями, чистое постельное белье и полотенца, удачное расположение: недалеко от набережной, рядом метро и остановки автобусов, в том числе автобуса в аэропорт, много кафе и небольших магазинов. -

性价比很高的酒店（我也在香港的其他酒店住过） - 与其他一些酒店相比，房间和浴室本身都很大，床单和毛巾干净，位置很好：靠近路堤，靠近地铁和巴士站，包括前往机场的巴士、许多咖啡馆和小商店。 -

Stayed for 4 nights. Each floor only have 4 rooms (cmiiw). Hotel location close to Tin Hau MTR station exit A2 also Victoria park, and lot of food and convenience stores available nearby. Check in and check out process was fast. The staff was nice. We got room at 12th floor with city view. First impression, the room smells cigarette even smoking is prohibited, room was small, but well laid out, neat, compact and quite. Basic amenities provided. Microwave, refrigerator, large LCD TV and ironing available. Room cleanliness was fair. Air-conditioning was cool and blew directly into the bed. Although the room was little bit old and there is some moss in the bathroom, but there is not much to complain about, because of the strategic location of the hotel and the price is relatively affordable. Will recommended to our friends.

住了 4 晚。每层只有4个房间（cmiiw）。 酒店位置靠近天后地铁站A2出口和维多利亚公园，附近有很多食物和便利店。 入住和退房过程很快。工作人员很好。 我们的房间在 12 楼，可以看到城市景观。 第一印象，房间里有烟味，甚至禁止吸烟，房间虽小，但布置得很好，整洁、紧凑、安静。 提供基本设施。提供微波炉、冰箱、大型液晶电视和熨烫服务。 房间清洁度还算不错。空调很凉，直接吹到床上。 虽然房间有点旧，浴室里有些青苔，但也没什么可抱怨的，因为酒店位置优越，而且价格也比较实惠。 会推荐给我们的朋友。

Do not recommend! Unfortunately, we could not wait to leave this hotel sooner due to the conditions there. Although the room here costs over 100 euros / night for the cheapest type of room available(Studio Room), this hotel has some serious hygiene/health risk issues. The hotel has black mold in all its’ bathrooms (around the sink, tiles and silicone sealants), so since the first night of getting there I started sneezing continuously and getting an allergy. We asked the reception about this and they were receptive to our complaint, which was nice, but told us all the rooms have the same issue so they basically renovated two other rooms that night (changing silicone with black mold around sink and shower, painting the walls) and moved us the next day - which was better, but also not great since the renovation materials were not dry and the room was not ventilated properly - they should do this regularly BEFORE guests arrive and complain, not during their stay The air quality in the rooms is very poor as well, as the windows do not open for fresh air, the only ventilation is through the internal system which just recirculates air instead of introducing between rooms instead of introducing fresh air from the outside, so all the rooms smell like mold, humidity in the rooms is extremely high even if you leave the aircon / vent running non-stop. They charge way more for the “Deluxe Room” although it is literally the same Studio Room, just at a higher floor, that’s it. Most rooms have the closet doors missing also, and the kitchenette is not equipped with anything (not even a plate / fork / knife / chopsticks) so it is pretty useless, it crowds the room unnecessarily since you cannot actually make anything in it except for tea (which is expired in all rooms, as well) The staff was helpful and receptive and the sheets / towels were clean, the beds were quite comfortable and the Studio Rooms have a nice view over Victoria Harbour and surrounding buildings - that’s why I gave this hotel an extra star.

We were in a jam, and needed a clean and well located hotel. Hotel One Eighteen is the one we found. We were greeted with honest care by Yvonnie at 11.00pm. Also there were other kind and professional persons behind the counter and in housekeeping. Sadly, I do not remember the names of all of them. I apologize for this. The person that most impacted our stay was David, he was professional, helpful, and took the time to point out local spots. He made positive difference in our stay at in and our vacation. Thank you all, especially David.
