The staff was really friendly and very kind. The hotel was clean. The only problem I had with this hotel was its lack of elevator. We had to go five floors up with foor, very frustrating.

员工非常友好热情，酒店也很干净。我对这家酒店唯一不满的地方就是没有电梯。我们不得不步行上五楼，非常麻烦。
