鑫月民宿

民宿的員工很親切、熱情，講話很幽默，人很好。屋內環境乾淨，舒適。是個放鬆悠閒的好地方。步行的話，離豐田火車站也不算遠，搭1122公車抵達豐田會離民宿更近。

非常差勁的鑫月民宿！這間房是我們先前透過雄獅從agora訂的，預計大年初二出遊花蓮住宿 房價五千多元 ，不算便宜，我們到花蓮已經晚上八點多了，又累又睏，依照地址來到民宿，結果大門鎖著，櫃檯昏暗燈亮著，透過大門玻璃看到臺面有個立牌，上面有聯絡電話0988.....打了過去，一位男先生接起電話推說他兩年沒營業了，還說他沒有用網路，也不知道我們怎麼可以從網路訂到房！然後就急著掛電話，我先生再打第二次電話他直接掛掉不接！ 大過年的帶著兩個未滿5歲的幼兒加懷孕，又累又睏，遇到詐騙！沒辦法入住！現在急請雄獅處理了

Location is good, room is fine. It's worth for the money if you are just aimed for short stay as the location was close to quite a few of attractions in the area. ||||However, our trip wasn't that pleasant as the male staff checked us in was unprofessional and unethical. We have some issue and dispute with regards to the promotion campaign in Taiwan. The manager or the owner was nice over the phone as he tried to explain the situation and solve the issue with win win situation but nothing can beat the manner of the staff who handle the situation at the front desk. We will not return again as no matter how great the accommodation is, nth really matter if we were treated badly. ||||It is really unfair and inconsiderate for suggesting your guest to cancel the non-refundable booking on the OTA and booked another hotel at 10pm. As a customer we just required a proper explanation and solution on the matter but not a totally turn off gesture.||||Even the accommodation of the B&B was fine, we are not comfortable of suggesting any of our friends or family member to stay here again as the staff is totally lack of consideration and required full training.

位置不错，房间也还可以。如果您只是短期停留，考虑到酒店靠近周边不少景点，性价比还是不错的。||||然而，我们的旅程并不愉快，因为为我们办理入住的男员工非常不专业，而且缺乏职业道德。我们与酒店在台湾的促销活动存在一些问题和争议。经理或老板在电话里态度很好，试图解释情况并找到双赢的解决方案，但前台员工的态度实在令人不敢恭维。我们不会再来了，因为无论住宿条件多么优越，如果受到如此糟糕的对待，一切都毫无意义。||||晚上10点建议客人取消在OTA上预订的不可退款的房间，并重新预订另一家酒店，这实在是不公平且不体贴的。作为顾客，我们只需要对此事得到合理的解释和解决方案，而不是如此令人反感的态度。||||即使民宿的住宿条件还可以，我们也不愿意推荐任何朋友或家人再次入住，因为员工完全缺乏同理心，需要接受全面的培训。

The room is full of smoky smell. Even we sprayed a lot of perfume couldn't cover it. I guess it's because the hotel mainly host Chinese tourist group before. They opened to domestic guests since those groups are a lot more fewer this year. The price is low and so as the room quality. Strongly don't recommend.

房间里弥漫着烟味。我们喷了很多香水都盖不住。估计是因为以前酒店主要接待中国旅游团，今年国内团少了很多，所以才开放给国内客人入住。价格低廉，房间质量也差。强烈不推荐。

雖然平價但是非常乾淨清爽，就只是隔音差了一點，還是可以接受啦！我覺得還是值得肯定推！

環境很不錯，雙人房空間算大，價格也不貴，若房間裡有個小冰箱會更讚

環境安靜，不太好找，沒有明顯的指示，到了也沒有人員來做接待，也沒有電話聯絡。但房間乾淨，清幽，沒有冰箱
