AWFUL EXPERIENCE. The staff entered my room while I was in bed at 12AM!!!! I renewed the room on booking, the staff apparently didn’t know about it, he entered the room at midnight. I was shocked coz I could be walking around naked.. the staff was a dude too! And then the reception called, didn’t even apologize, she told me to go downstairs to pay for the room immediately as when I booked online, they didn’t charge me. I asked them if they could do it tomorrow, they said NO. i almost couldn’t believe what happened lmao. Absolutely NO RESPECT FOR GUESTS!!! GROSS||工作人员没有经过我同意午夜12点闯入我的房间！是个男生，我当时在房间里被吓到，以为要报警！然后前台不仅没有道歉，还让我在午夜十二点的时候下楼付钱，因为我在bookin上定的，他们说booking没收我钱。我困死，问能不能明天起来的时候付。她说不可以。这辈子见过最没礼貌的staff

刚进入房间，一股难闻的味道，我朋友差点吐了，然后到处都是小蟑螂！！！！不是一两只，到处都是！！！！小蚊子到处都是，蟑螂把我买的食物都爬满了，太恶心了！！！要不是太晚了，凑活一晚，这绝对是我遇到过最恶心的酒店！！！！

工作人员服务太好了。在炎热的夏天让我们提前check in还是免费的。非常感恩🙏🙏🙏

7pm过后的柜台小姐（年纪小一点的那位）态度很差很糟糕！！！出国好多次，第一次遇到这么没礼貌的柜台姐！！

很干净，很凉快，服务态度很好 旁边是捷运站非常方便， 附近还有六合夜市，推荐来住。
