Le Méridien Taichung

Pros: 1. Room is really stylish, clean and with good view. Bathroom is huge and stylish. 2. Location is great. Only 3 min. Walk to main train station. 3. Swimming pool is stylish with great views on the top. 4. Bar is cozy with great views and outstanding cocktails. 5. Servicer at the main front door is really nice 👍 Cons: 1. Payment is "always" the biggest problem of Marriott!!!! When check-in, use card for pre-authorize. When check-out, it authorised the right amount. Hence, for the checkout day, your card will hold more than "double" the amount of money of the total stay. THIS MAKE ME FURIOUS! Although my card budget is much more than enough, that doesn't mean you have the right to hold my budget twice. Worst of all, both Marriott in south Taiwan and this one told me they won't hold my budget twice, but it really occupy "double" , they didn't tell me the truth. My two cards from different banks for different Marriott hotels has this issue. Although in the end, only the exact amount I spent will be charged, it is still unacceptable for me. Accor Hotel system " never " have this problem. For Accor, the payment and check-in out process is much much better. In check out for Accor, I can just drop the key. 2. For the changing room near the GYM, a part of roof is really dirty. 3. The no processed meat is too less. 優點： 1. 房間非常時尚、乾淨、景色優美。 浴室很大而且時尚。 2. 位置很棒。 僅需 3 分鐘。 步行至火車總站。 3. 泳池很時尚，頂部風景優美。 4. 酒吧很舒適，景色優美，雞尾酒也很棒。 5. 在大門的服務員非常優秀 缺點： 1.付款「一直」是萬豪最大的問題！ 辦理入住時，使用卡片進行預先授權。 結帳時，它授權了正確的金額。 因此，在退房當天，您的卡片中將保留超過總住宿金額「兩倍」的金額。 這讓我很生氣！ 雖然我的卡片預算綽綽有餘，但這並不意味著你們有權扣留我的預算兩次。 最糟糕的是，南台灣的萬豪酒店和這家酒店都告訴我，他們不會佔用我兩倍的預算，但實際上卻佔用了“兩倍”，他們沒有告訴我真相。 我在不同銀行為不同的萬豪酒店辦理的兩張卡都存在這個問題。 雖然最後還是只扣我花的，但我還是非常不認同這樣的方式，雅高酒店系統「從來沒有」出現過這個問題。 對於雅高來說，付款和入住退房流程要好得多。 在雅高酒店退房時，我可以直接把鑰匙放下來。 2. 靠近健身房的更衣室，屋頂的一部分確實很髒。 3. 早餐原型肉類過少

房间整体非常新，感受很好，很时尚，符合年轻人的审美，且一切用品都很新，地毯也挺舒适，卫生间明亮卫生干净，很大气的感觉，预定后才发现属于万豪旗下品牌，之前在台北W入住了十几晚，也是万豪品牌，但性价比不如艾美，且还没有艾美又设计感 前台介绍了汗蒸房和泳池健身房，遂前往体验，环境确实不错，感觉整洁且新，泳池更有氛围感，蒂芙尼蓝，透明墙、一片蓝，酒店只要新感受就会很好，艾美挺会制造氛围感，厕所里的灯光配置如暗夜星空一般 The room was very new and gave a great impression—modern and stylish, catering to the aesthetics of younger guests. Everything in the room was brand new, including the carpet, which was quite comfortable. The bathroom was bright, clean, and hygienic, with a sense of sophistication. After booking, I realized it is a Marriott brand. Previously, I had stayed for over ten nights at W Taipei, also a Marriott property, but I found it less cost-effective and not as well-designed as Le Meridien.

Le Meridien is a great hotel; Jason made us feel like home; Jason is the nicest hotel staff I have ever encountered! Answering countless of our questions and giving us great recommendations. Even saw us off when we left for the train. The room and breakfast is also amazing! But yeah Jason is such a great staff! 酒店房间非常宽敞和干净! 点名表扬Jason, 我去过所有hotel最热情的hotel staff

大廳和房間的風格很現代，非常有設計感！最喜歡頂樓的高空泳池，是全透明的！可以游泳又可以欣賞市景，拍照起來也很出片，入住下來一切體驗都非常舒適，早餐Buffet選擇很多樣也很好吃！最重要的是有停車場這點很加分～如果要說一個缺點，就是在辦理入住的時候，入住時間是4點，我們大約4點半至5點間抵達，櫃檯人員說房間還沒整理好，因為房客較多，所以請我們在一旁等候，好了會打電話給我們。其實可以理解和體諒房務和櫃檯人員的辛苦，但等了半小時看到其他房客都可以入住了卻還沒輪到我們，後來是我們自己去問才說可以入住，不知是剛好要打給我們還是忘記通知了？而且感覺對於國內和國外旅客有小小的差別待遇，讓國外旅客等候時會主動提供水，但我們沒有，還是我們去要的才提供。一樣都是入住飯店的旅客，希望都可以一視同仁！

先說總結：高空泳池很適合拍照，風景很好。地點尚可，樓下有全家便利商店。房間的地毯清潔不乾淨，孩子進去以後瘋狂的打噴嚏過敏一整晚都沒有睡好。浴室的浴缸居然沒有固定，稍微推一下就位移了，使用安全上面真的很堪憂。門口的感應燈晚上10點左右開始忽明忽滅，深夜11點的時候工班來做維修，而不是直接換房，孩子都該睡了，完全打亂孩子作息。雖然是五星級酒店，但是個人感覺從設施到服務都沒有五星級該有的水準。

房間的裝修擺設全是黑色，老人家一進入房間就不太高興。而且，房間不夠 整潔 ,咖啡杯上全是手指印！前台服務員態度欠佳。 酒店的位置落在破舊的地內，根本沒有五星級酒店的感覺。酒店附設免費停車場，停車場內有濃濃的惡臭！

酒店地理位置十分方便，就在火車站旁邊，而且旁邊餐有宮原眼科，但在台中的消費水平來說，這是一家偏貴的酒店....

雖然酒店没有專為小孩準備用品或設施，但酒店的地點真的超級讚，就在火車站對面，走路也能到宮原眼科，大型商場，附近也很多便利店和吃的店；房間的洗手間好大，廁所和淋浴區是分開，還有個大浴缸在洗漱的區域，真心讚！下次去台中還會選擇這一家。
