NillThe location of the hotel is good, however that’s about it. Hotel staff: the middle-aged/older man with thinning hair at check-in sure had a way of irritating customers. 这个中老年薄发男工员在回答客人问题时十分的惹人厌~ ”警察局就在半边,我们也没办法” 等等之类的话 🤮 正在学习的男员工态度还ok,但这个中老年男就爱在旁边插嘴。 建议饭店从新训练这个中老年男工员以免继续搞臭饭店服务水平。 Hotel room carpet was rather disgusting and need major refurbishment. Dirty stains around the walls as well… Breakfast quality was also rather poor, among the poorest I’ve had across Taiwan hotels. Don’t expect too much. Check in on 13F is also very tight space, the lift is jam with people at peak hours and have to wait a long time. Also, only this hotel required a deposit of 1,000 NTD. The is the only hotel which require this out of 4 other hotels I’ve stayed across Taiwan on this trip, even for Eastin Taipei Hotel which reception is not on the first floor (the reason quoted for their practice)

★★★1. 長型房間顯得空間狹窄。2. 早餐食物款式少,加錢訂購早餐不值,而且餐具除了杯就全是即棄餐具,不環保。3. 飯店位置好,對面是西門町,步行數分鐘就到捷運站。4. 飯店大樓只得兩部升降機,繁忙時間大排長龍。

★★除了地點很好之外,這個酒店沒有什麼可推薦之處。可能因為便宜的關係,房間沒有窗,所謂的雙人床是用兩張單人床拼起來的。但這都不是最重要的,無法忍受的是作為酒店是需要給顧客提供一個安靜的地方休息,他們的電梯居然是有音樂的!開門關門都有音樂,房間的門隔音效果很差,每天早上都是被電梯的音樂吵醒的。非常糟糕的住宿體驗!

★★★洗手間吹風筒用都用不到,他們職員臨時給我一個吹風筒,但都係風力不夠。房間設施一般不是太乾淨,床單不是天天更換。整個酒店望落去都有些殘舊

NillMy experience was not a pleasant one. One of the main issues I faced was that I was not aware that my room was located across multiple floors, which made things very inconvenient for me. There were only two lifts available to access the 13th-floor breakfast hall and checking counter, which caused long wait times, especially during peak hours. This became even more frustrating when nearing the end of breakfast time, and the lifts were already occupied. Another issue I had was with the breakfast provided by the hotel. The food was of poor quality with a limited variety, and to my surprise, they served it on paper plates. The hospitality of the staff during breakfast was also disappointing. Furthermore, I found the amenities of the hotel to be lacking. When I requested more bottled water, the front desk declined, stating that each room was only entitled to two bottles. This seemed unreasonable to me, and I did not receive any help. To add to my disappointment, the front desk staff did not keep their promise of providing me with a simple breakfast before my flight on the day of my checkout. When I checked in, I had informed the lady at the front desk that I would be checking out before breakfast hours and requested a takeaway breakfast. She agreed to put a remark on my account and have breakfast prepared for me. However, on the day of my departure, there was no prepared breakfast, and the staff had no idea about my request. It became clear that the lady at the front desk did not execute her promise. In summary, my stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The inconvenience of the room location and the poor quality of breakfast, amenities, and hospitality was unacceptable. The hotel did not deliver on their promise of providing me with a takeaway breakfast, which added to my frustration. 我的住宿体验不是很愉快。我遇到的主要问题之一是,我不知道我的房间位于多层楼,这使得我的住宿非常不方便。只有两部电梯可供前往13楼的早餐厅和前台,尤其是在高峰期,等待时间很长。当接近早餐时间结束时,电梯已经被占用,这让我更加沮丧。 另一个问题是,酒店提供的早餐让我很失望。食物质量很差,种类也很有限,让我惊讶的是,他们用纸盘子装食物。早餐期间工作人员的服务态度也让我很失望。 此外,我觉得酒店设施也很简陋。当我要求更多瓶装水时,前台拒绝了我的请求,称每个房间只有两瓶水,这对我来说很不合理,我没有得到任何帮助。 更让我失望的是,前台工作人员没有兑现他们在我退房前承诺给我准备简单的早餐的承诺。我办理入住手续时已告知前台工作人员我会在早餐时间之前退房,并请求带走一份早餐。她同意在我的账户上备注并为我准备早餐。然而,在我离开的那天,没有准备好早餐,工作人员也不知道我的请求。很明显,前台的工作人员没有兑现她的承诺。 总之,我在这家酒店的住宿体验很令人失望。房间位置的不便、早餐质量差、设施和服务都很简陋,这是无法接受的。酒店没有兑现他们提供给我带走早餐的承诺,这让我更加失望。

★★出差選了這間酒店,網上評價不錯,但去到大廈感覺像賓館,大堂更是不堪,早餐像大食堂,竟用紙盤拿食物!酒店除了洗衣房基本沒設施,大堂在13樓,客房卻在2及3樓,最奇怪是酒店樓層,裝修非常像情趣酒店,幸好房內環境及設備還算不錯,更有洗pat pat廁所板。退房時要求提供一張住宿證明,服務檯很不願意,態度不佳,我以後也絕不會回來光顧呢!

★★辦理入住後才發現房型是2小床,而且房務人員還在整理。打電話問櫃檯,才說要2床併1床,不然就是選擇更小的房型。還說有幫我升等房型!第一:這房型是早就訂好了,怎麼入住時間到了還在整理?1大床安排成2小床?美其名叫升等,但實際空間卻比上次住的還要小。浴室一個人洗就滿了,轉身還會撞到水龍頭。不要隨便唬弄旅客!第二:早餐比忠孝店的還糟糕!以後不考慮住宿!
