呢個地方簡直係嚇**，又污糟又唔乾淨，唔容易搵到，搵到佢又要等嚟等去，最慘就係冇冷氣，最離譜第二朝九點就趕人走。永不幫襯

You get what you paid for. The hallway and the elevator is dirtly and dilapidated because the room is situated inside Chungking Mansion. At least inside, the room is clean. The hot water can burn your skin as it doesn't regulate correctly. There is no remote on the TV, it's basically just a display. Aircon is cold. The fan doesn't turn.

你得到你付出的代价。 由于房间位于重庆大厦内，走廊和电梯又脏又破。 至少房间里面很干净。 热水会因调节不当而灼伤皮肤。 电视上没有遥控器，基本上只是一个显示器。 空调很冷。风扇不转。

First and foremost, when I arrived the Chungking Mansions to find the flat D5,11/F, Block D building, the signage of Block D of the lift didn't show your Mabuhay Hotel signage and it was very confused with me if am I need to take the lift to go up for review but the below environment is so badly such as hang a sheep's head while selling dog meat. Secondly, understand from every basically hotel they will be have a one reception area but when I checked with the 1st storey security customer service they doesn't know your Mabuhay Hotel and I also try to asking the cleaner from Chungking Mansions they doesn't familiar Mabuhay hotel and the environment of the Chungking Mansions is very complex and unsafe type. Thirdly, when I go up to the building D5, 11/F, the place doesn't have any reception plus the place looks like no any any person to stay and only the wall stick with the paper show that to find the reception area at the Block A, 3rd Storey. After that, when I go down to the Block A, 3rd Floor the reception hotel and unfortunately the service person share with me this reception is not related to the Mabuhay Hotel reception. After that, I am going back to find the flat D5,11/F, Block D building again, I have met up one local residents, he helps me to call the service person but they didn't answer the phone and he also helps me to check and knock every room for this unit but doesn't have any person to come out and it seems like no anybody to stay at there. We also realize the flat D5,11/F, have an attention to the customer for D5 "Mahubay Hotel" proceed to D8 Marrigold Hostel Reception Area. It looks like scammer and confuse with me. Fourth, we also try to message the Mabuhay Hotel regarding the hotel and they share with us to change the hotel to the unit 16 and this make us feel disappointed with their service and it is unsafe type for a person to stay at there. Last but not least, Mabuhay Hotel also doesn't check with us, if we would like check in or any optional their will be provided to us.

首先，当我到达重庆大厦找到D座11楼D5室时，电梯D座的标牌上没有显示你们的马布海酒店标牌，这让我很困惑，如果我是的话需要坐电梯上去审查，但是下面的环境太差了，卖狗肉的时候挂着羊头。 其次，据了解，基本上每家酒店都会有一个接待区，但当我向一楼保安客户服务核实时，他们不知道您的马布海酒店，我也尝试询问重庆大厦的清洁工，他们不熟悉马布海酒店和重庆大厦的环境是非常复杂且不安全的类型。 第三，当我走到D5栋11楼时，这个地方没有任何接待处，而且这个地方看起来没有人住宿，只有墙上贴着纸显示可以找到接待处A座3楼。之后，当我下楼到 A 座 3 楼的接待处酒店时，不幸的是，服务人员告诉我，这个接待处与 Mabuhay 酒店的接待处无关。 之后，我又要回去寻找D座11楼D5室，我遇到了一位当地居民，他帮我打电话给服务人员，但他们没有接电话，他也帮忙我检查并敲门了这个单元的每个房间，但没有任何人出来，而且似乎没有人住在那里。我们还实现了D5，11楼，请注意D5“Mahubay Hotel”的顾客前往D8 Marrigold Hostel接待区。它看起来像骗子，让我感到困惑。 第四，我们还尝试向 Mabuhay Hotel 发送有关该酒店的信息，他们与我们分享将酒店更改为 16 单元，这让我们对他们的服务感到失望，而且对于一个人住在那里来说是不安全的类型。 最后但并非最不重要的一点是，马布海酒店也不会与我们联系，如果我们想要办理入住或任何其他选择，他们将提供给我们。

The owner and staffs are very friendly. The location is very accessible to people and too many small shops to choose from. We had the family room and it’s very convenient and comfortable to stay. Will definitely book here again. 😊

业主和工作人员都非常友好。该位置对于人们来说非常方便，并且有太多的小商店可供选择。我们订的是家庭房，住起来非常方便舒适。肯定会再次预订这里。 😊
