Suck service! 😷😷😷😷Smelly and dirty room. Cockroach and ants are found in the room!!!!! Request to change the room, one staff promised us that we could get a new key when we return, but finally they didn't give the key to the staff who served us at night. And the staff claimed he knew nothing so we had to find another room to stay for a night!!😡😡😡😡 The staff also told us the manager told him the rooms were fully booked, but accordingly to the staff who promised us that we can change the room, she said there were two rooms available. What a service! The lier! We also requested several times to change the bedings, but they didn't! The room have molds and the smells are so bad every night when we return. The bedings are exactly the same as we used the previous nights. Extremely a bad stay here! Not recommended for everyone!!! 😖😖😖

糟糕的服务！ 😷😷😷😷房间又臭又脏。 房间里发现蟑螂和蚂蚁！！！！要求换房间，一位工作人员向我们承诺，我们回来时可以得到一把新钥匙，但最后他们没有把钥匙交给晚上为我们服务的工作人员。工作人员声称他什么都不知道，所以我们不得不找另一个房间住一晚！！😡😡😡😡工作人员还告诉我们，经理告诉他房间已经订满了，但据工作人员向我们保证，我们可以换房间，她说还有两间房。多么好的服务啊！骗子！ 我们也多次要求更换床单，但他们没有！房间里有霉菌，每天晚上我们回来时气味都很难闻。床上用品和我们前一天晚上用的一模一样。在这里住得非常糟糕！不推荐给大家！！！ 😖😖😖

Not sure what the other review is about as this is a long stay hotel / serviced apartment (minimum stay 1 month). Bedding is changed once a week. Clean, bright, and modern but rooms are tiny.

喜歡低調既人首選，門口連名或招牌都沒有，一般人是不會知道原來依間係酒店。用黎藏身是不錯的。
