Our stay at Ramada Encore was just amazing. Helped us by checking in early, room was amazing and spacious. We loved the stay.Private and cozy. Airport shuttle helped us to reach hotel and then back to airport. It's 24/7 so able to reach out flight at 4am. We highly recommend this beautiful hotel 😊😊

We booked this hotel because it was close to the airport and had a free shuttle. It was a bit of an odd location upon driving up to it. However, it was a very nice setting once we got there. We also noticed that the rooms were in separate buildings. While we felt it was unusual, the room was very nice and quiet. We slept very well on the bed and breakfast was very nice in the morning. Overall, it was a great stay.

Amazing for airport stays. Transfer included, great room size and very helpful staff. Good breakfast too! The room smelled great which could be difficult to find, super clean! Definitely would stay again!

Shuttle from PVG every half an hour was great. Would suggest that the hotel offer WeChat chatting as a method to book instead of requiring travelers to call in advance because many international travelers cannot get a Chinese phone number at the airport and don't speak fluent Chinese to be able to communicate with the driver. Would also suggest breakfast to be extended, as ending at 9:30am is too early. Rooms are clean but need better wall maintenance, and the gardens around the building are nicely maintained.

每半小时一班从 PVG 出发的班车很棒。建议酒店提供微信聊天作为预订方式，而不是要求旅客提前打电话，因为许多国际旅客在机场无法获得中文电话号码，也不会说流利的中文与司机沟通。还建议延长早餐时间，因为早上 9:30 结束还太早。房间很干净，但需要更好的墙壁维护，建筑物周围的花园维护得很好。

V have a late check-in at around 11.39pm. Already called to informed the hotel in the afternoon. Upon arrival the front desk lady staff was so impatient doing the check-in for us. We have 2 rooms, check out at different timing and would like to book for airport transfer at two timings too. She was just so impatient and ignorance when we asked only a few queries. Other that the sound proof system is not good, our next room friends can even hear our conversation. We understand the flight noise of course so no complaints on that. The only best point is the location, n airport shuttle provided. Very near to T1 and T2 Pudong airport.

V 于晚上 11.39 左右延迟入住。下午已经打电话通知酒店了。到达后，前台女工作人员很不耐烦地为我们办理入住。我们有 2 个房间，在不同的时间退房，也想预订两个时间的机场接送服务。当我们只问了几个问题时，她是如此不耐烦和无知。除了隔音不太好之外，隔壁房间的朋友甚至可以听到我们的谈话。我们当然了解飞行噪音，所以对此没有任何抱怨。唯一最好的一点是位置，提供机场班车。距离浦东机场 T1 和 T2 非常近。

All staffs did very well services. We had booked duplex rooms that would be normal interior design as usual hotel. Room pictures in Trip.com not mention about bathroom location. The strange was the toilet stand near by the main entrance without door so we feel like sleep in toilet all night, room design was not comfortable for everyone 😱 other room types should be better feeling.

1.挂着四星其实是民宿，看图，还是水泥，2进去房间一股水发霉的味道。空气不流通，因为根本没有空调。空调显示室内16度，设置22度。没反应。後來前台告诉我是中央空调，现在温度白天热所以就没开3. 他说如果问冷就给我多张被子！！ 我詫異了後來半夜太冷，叫前台拿了暖風機，但是空气变得很干！！看图4. Wi-Fi是摆设，两分钟断一次，和没有一样5 400多一晚。完全不值，6 床边唯一的插座 插了台灯，充电请去楼下！！看图7. 我住的是2栋 120房间

Stayed here because I had an early flight out from PVG. There's nothing in the hotel surrounding. But the hotel itself is great. Looks like a vacation hotel. Low rise building. And rooms are huge and new with plush bedding and pillows. Have separate shower and toilet. Have dual sinks. The hotel provides shuttle to PVG every 30 mins. 00 and 30 to the hour.

住在这里是因为我要赶早班飞机从 PVG 出发。酒店周围什么都没有。但酒店本身很棒。看起来像一个度假酒店。低层建筑。房间又大又新，配有豪华的床上用品和枕头。有独立的淋浴间和卫生间。有双水槽。酒店提供前往 PVG 的班车，每 30 分钟一班。 00 和 30 到整点。
