Very nice hotel. I have been there twice. In rooms very clean. Furniture in good condition. Administration staff very pleasant. You can borrow umbrella. They can order car for you. Tasty food, new towels every day. My friend had some problem with credit card, but administrators solved this issue by very good way. I got a great impression about this hotel and Shanghai! View from the window is attached.

I stayed at this hotel for one week in November whilst on business and had no problems. The breakfast was OK, and they catered for Western and Chinese taste. I had lunch in the Chinese restaurant and the food was very good, though the food in the reception bar was German fast food. There are several bars and restaurants within walking distance as well.||The room was spacious and made up every day. There was a long mirror behind my bed and this was dusty all week (I'd even run my finger over it thinking this might encourage them to clean it, but to no avail).||Overall, a typical Chinese business hotel that serves its purpose.

Simply a good, solid, no-nonsense hotel; with huge rooms and the biggest bed I've ever slept in. You know in This Is Spinal Tap where the band sketches a Stonehenge stage prop and the actual prop is about a meter high rather than many meters high? Well, it feels like the opposite happened when they designed the room in this hotel.||||The rooms let noise from the hall through the front door too easily. My bed, while huge and comfortable, had small holes in the sheets. The bathroom was spacious and clean. Too bad there was no bathtub.||||It seems my room really was a non-smoking room. It didn't smell like cigarette smoke at all.||||The air conditioning is super effective, turning my room into a refrigerator within minutes. The drawback is that it's a bit noisy. I turned it on before sleeping, brought the room temperature to somewhere just above freezing and then turned it off for the rest of the night.||||As usual in China, when I told the maids, in Chinese, that I didn't need or want my room cleaned, they still went into my room and cleaned. Bad.||||My room had fast, stable internet.||||The staff at the front desk were helpful and friendly, and they successfully made sure my friend was able to pick up something I left for him.||||Breakfast was fine. I got to take advantage of the outdoor seating one morning due to nice weather and low pollution.||||Close to public transportation, shopping, restaurants and the F1 circuit.

I have been travelling and working at the Shanghai F1 track since 2006. This was by far the best all-round hotel near the Shanghai circuit I have ever stayed.||||Staff excellent, helpful and was willing to attend to my long stay requirements. I stayed 3 weeks. Room was always well maintained (aside for the very poor decision by the management to install off white carpet in the rooms that were heavily stained).||||A stand out back office manager by the name of Ms Rainy was incredibly helpful. Hotel transfers, couriers, mail requirements etc all managed very professionally.||||Housekeeping set and maintained my bed to my individual requests (almost impossible to achieve in most hotels in China and Asia).||||Bathroom large, kitchenette in room was useful. Opening windows meant not having to sleep with aircon.||||Breakfast was pleasingly well organised and presented. Fresh egg station was good.||I will defiantly be returning.

各方面都比较好，感觉服务也挺好的，住在里面也没有啥问题。在上海来说它是一个四星级的酒店，周边的交通一般，从酒店去虹桥机场和虹桥火车站都比较方便，一般需要二十分钟时间，周边也不堵车，但到浦东机场就不太方便了。它的装修档次还比较豪华，是新酒店，里面也没有异味，房间的隔音效果还好，早餐也还好，中式西式的都有，是自助型的，是免费提供的，它的餐厅座位不是很多，一次性可以容纳三四十号人一起用餐，卫生也挺好的，房价也还算比较便宜的。

This is only a 1 star review because I do not have the option to leave zero stars||||This is an example of hotel rooms which are nothing like the promotional photos: Furniture is shabby, the wallpaper is peeling from the walls, Ceilings and walls are covered in stains that have been painted over in varying shades of white. Thick black patches of dust on the mirrors and windows. ||||The bed was rock hard, whilst the pillows were far too thin and soft. I was left with excruciating backache after 5 nights. Aircon was extremely noisy, with control panel entirely in Chinese. It was 9 Celsius in Shanghai during our stay, and there was no method of heating the room no matter what I pressed. We were literally shivering cold at night.||If you are anxious in elevators this is not the place with you. They jolt and rock violently when ascending or descending; albeit a more exciting ride than the 70 channels of non-English TV and non-existent Wi-Fi in the room.||||The worst discovery was the total lack of privacy. The hotel is actually several floors of an office building which have been badly converted into hotel accommodation. The rooms have been partitioned using thin plasterboard, not solid walls. Consequently you hear EVERY noise from the adjacent room (snoring, farting, toilet flushing, talking, loud phone calls, and even the ‘beep’ of the guy next door operating the bedside light switches, When our guy in the next room jumped into his bed at night, it literally shunted the wall with a loud bang and woke us up. His bed and ours were literally head-to-head separated by a thin plasterboard wall. No privacy whatsoever.||What added to the total lack of privacy, was the cleaners banging on the door and forcing themselves into our room at 7am every morning, despite the ‘do not disturb’ sign being illuminated. Shocking.||||The bathroom seemed to be held together by mouldy silicone sealant. The bathroom door was faulty, as it could be opened even when locked.. The toilet seat was cracked and couldn’t be used for fear of it nipping the backside (the hotel tried blaming us for this – read on !). In the shower, the water took an age to become warm and the drain was blocked by thick, black hair .There was no bidet hose for washing up after using the toilet, which is gross.||||Our room rate included breakfast for 1 person (how ridiculous!) whilst a second breakfast costs 88 RMB (14 USD). We tried it once: noodles and undercooked bacon - daylight robbery. Luckily there is a McD’s at the nearby mall ! Similarly, beer/soft drink from the refrigerator is 25 RMB. In the nearby supermarket it is 4 RMB.||||And now for our checkout experience - our lasting impression of this hotel: My wife and I were accused of stealing 8 face towels and a laundry bag, and breaking the toilet seat!||We had been given 2 towels on our first day, and I had taken them to the race track to mop my brow. After this they were never replenished. Presumably the same illiterate person who cannot read a ‘do not disturb sign’ also has a problem with numbers., As for the toilet seat, I showed them the photo that I had taken on the day we checked in, which I was saving for my TripAdvisor review! ||I am a well-paid 50-year-old Oil Industry manager. I don’t need to steal your 50 cent towels ! and you shouldn't be trying to humiliate guests at check out! Why not raise it privately during the week on one of the dozens of times I walked past the front desk? ||||I would not return to this hotel even if it was the last hotel on planet Earth. Awful place.

装修感觉非常喜欢，现代风格很浓，不过酒店提供的早餐不是很丰富，建议品种多一些。地理位置还不错，打车到公司是很方便的，服务员的服务态度很热情，一些细节方面做的很好，很少有酒店注意这些细节的。经常住这家酒店，感觉非常满意，性价比非常高，价格在这个地方感觉是很便宜的。

Stayed 3 nights on a business trip to Shanghai, Anting. The hotel is located very well and walking distance to the shopping mall with the metro station. Good options to eat in the shopping mall and the breakfast at the hotel is very good. Takes about an hour and a half to reach Shanghai Bund area if going by metro with one inter change. Large clean rooms and comfortable beds. Would stay again on my next visit to Anting.

去上海出差，安亭住了3晚。酒店位置非常好，步行即可到达购物中心和地铁站。购物中心里吃饭的选择很多，酒店的早餐也很好。如果乘坐地铁转乘一趟，大约需要一个半小时即可到达上海外滩地区。宽敞干净的房间和舒适的床。下次来安亭还会再次入住。
