SSAW Pagoda Hotel Shanghai

The hotel smell with cigarettes. We had to stay at the room full of the cigarette smell for the night coz we arrived late and couldn’t be bothered to change room. It was great they changed the room straight away but then I smell the cigarette again at the corridor. It’s a non smoking hotel but guests are still allowed to smoke in the room. The laundry was disgusting, I can’t wash the clothes coz the washing machine was full of detergent and dryer wasn’t working. The room was big though and location was goodWill not stay here again.

酒店里有烟味。我们不得不在充满烟味的房间里过夜，因为我们来晚了，懒得换房间。很高兴他们立即换了房间，但后来我在走廊又闻到了香烟的味道。这是一家禁烟酒店，但客人仍然可以在房间内吸烟。洗的衣服很恶心，我不能洗衣服，因为洗衣机里装满了洗涤剂，烘干机坏了。房间很大，位置也很好，不会再住在这里了。

服务不错,前厅luffy不错~设施：免費升級，房間很大卫生：不錯，比較新环境：樓下很多食的，很方便。地下街，很棒剛好與朋友慶生，酒店送了生日蛋糕。

To be honest, the room is excellent. When you enter the room, you can see that it is clean and tidy. It is very comfortable and warm to stay in. I strongly recommend this hotel, and the service provided by Sana is good.

说实话，房间很棒。当你进入房间时，你可以看到房间干净整洁。住起来很舒服很温馨，强烈推荐这家酒店，萨那的服务很好。

酒店的中央空調會在晚上關掉，我們一共三間房，每天上大學都熱到出汗，告訴酒店，居然說晚上天氣冷會關掉。二十八度的溫度，窗又不能開，熱到頭暈。五星級的價錢，賓館的服務。

Good room, spacious, lots of amenities, clean and definitely legit. The breakfast options were plentiful and the location was situated near the train station. Definitely recommend this place.

房间很好，宽敞，有很多便利设施，干净而且绝对合法。早餐选择很丰富，位置离火车站很近。绝对推荐这个地方。

酒店的環境很棒，出入方便，離江灣體育場地鐵站很近；附近的大學路很適合散步。酒店的早餐很豐富，熟食、甜點、飲料齊備，味道極好，服務人員也和善；酒店的夜宵是一個貼心的服務，但選擇上可以再多一些；美中不足的是熱食區的地板踩下去會黏鞋子；餐桌的清潔也需要再加強。打掃阿姨很認真，每天回到酒店房間能很放鬆的休息。前枱接待的服務員--小余及Sana在入住及退房時很有禮貌，服務體貼用心。另有一待加強的，是洗衣房只有兩台洗脫烘，其中一台常故障，另一台洗烘全部程序要跑完，起碼要等2個半小時，且衣物烘不乾。整體來說，Pagoda提供給的入住經驗是相當不錯的，下回到上海還是會選擇它的。

This hotel accept foreigners definitely no issues with check in and check out. The location of hotel is great but still need travel 30min to 60min to the place that I visit like zhujiajiao yu yuan and maybe closer one is the bund. Front counter staff are approachable. For order car services they usually won't provide. They don't know exact step for order didi for foreigner. Quite troublesome for them. U better own a local sim card. Their shower and body shampoo are excellent and the water pressure are good and supere.toilet and toiletry provided an very clean.The toilet don't have proper privacy for family or friends as the glassdoor are transparent and visible see u shower or doing bisnuss.Iron board and iron provided I regret never bring along my hair dryer.but they do provide.Breakfast are okay but the soya bean curb made me don't dare to eat bean curb anymore.

这家酒店接受外国人入住和退房绝对没有问题。酒店的位置很好，但仍然需要 30 分钟到 60 分钟才能到达我参观的地方，例如朱家角鱼园，也许更近的一个是外滩。前台工作人员很平易近人。对于订车服务，他们通常不会提供。他们不知道为外国人订购滴滴的具体步骤。对他们来说相当麻烦。你最好拥有一张当地的SIM卡。他们的淋浴和沐浴露非常好，水压很好，超级。厕所和洗漱用品非常干净。厕所的玻璃门是透明的，可以看到你淋浴或洗澡，所以对家人或朋友来说没有足够的隐私。熨斗板和熨斗提供了 我很遗憾没有带吹风机。但是他们确实提供。早餐还可以，但是豆角让我不敢再吃豆角了。

第一次來上海，住了2晚，帶孩子來看看香港以外中國大城市的魅力。酒店地點離市區比較遠，坐地鐵需要轉站。但是：服務台小女女，小哥哥都很有耐心餐廳的小哥哥們也非常給力，態度很好家庭房很大，雙床，床也很好睡，枕頭比軟，可以再改善。房間收拾也很細心，謝謝保潔阿姨😘燈光比較暗，可能是酒店整體的設計吧！作為客人的我喜歡光一點😊早餐跟很多評論旅客說得一樣，中西美食全都有，味道也很好，給讚👍👍👍整體非常滿意👍👍👍👍👍
