Since I have arrived , I was waiting for 15 min to register passport and the personnel(woman) was not even hurrying. The room was not prepared to check-in even though we arrived two hours after check-in time. The room was clean except corners of the room and the bed looked clean too. However, I felt uncomfortable since I was itching in the bed. The location of hotel is too far - two hours in subway and changed to taxi in 5 min. Has Chinese breakfast. There was some smell in the hallway.About advantages. Hotel is cheap for facilities they are providing. I asked for additional time for checking out and I was given extra 1 hour, i was thankful for. Another shift of personnel(guy) was more polite and nice. So i neither satisfied nor dissatisfied.

自从我到达后，我等了 15 分钟来登记护照，工作人员（女）甚至不着急。尽管我们在入住时间后两小时到达，但房间尚未准备好办理入住。房间除了角落之外都很干净，床看起来也很干净。然而，我觉得很不舒服，因为我在床上很痒。酒店位置太远了——坐地铁两个小时，换乘出租车5分钟。有中式早餐。走廊里有一些气味。关于优点。酒店提供的设施很便宜。我要求额外的时间办理退房，他们给了我额外的 1 小时，我很感激。另一个轮班的人员（人）更加有礼貌和友善。所以我既不满意也不不满意。

The staff are really friendly and helpful but the building itself is a bit old and rundown. People smoke in the room. The location is at an intersection so there are a few shops and restaurants around but nowhere near Wild Animal Zoo or any subway station. It is cheap though. You get what you pay for.

We arrived and took our card, it was good but it smelled bad. The staff helped us a lot. But the hotel is too far from the center, We had to take didi every night because the last subway of line 16 arrives at 22:30 and the last bus of 1069 arrives at 22:45.

The whole hotel is full of cigarette smoke. The hotel has non-smoking signs everywhere but people still smoke in the bedrooms and the hallway. The staff is also smoked behind the counter and the lobby. The bathroom is very filthy. The overall stay was unpleasant. The location is inconvenient.

整个酒店充满了香烟烟雾。酒店到处都有禁烟标志，但人们仍然在卧室和走廊里吸烟。柜台和大堂后面的工作人员也被熏了。浴室很脏。整体住宿体验很不愉快。位置不方便。

I had a great time in this hotel. I came to the hotel with my spouse and two children. The hotel accommodate families with good services as well. I was a little bit nervous because my two children might disturb other neighbors but they gave us a special room which helped us a lot. Even when my children cries or disturbs in any form, the noise doesn’t disturb anyone whatsoever. We never got any complain because of my noisy children. The location of the hotel wasn’t bad because it’s close to a tourist site (wild animal park). It is close to a supermarket where you can get all the basic stuffs for a family. Good receptionists and the cleaners too were very friendly Excellent service and with good facilities I will choose this hotel anytime I come back to Shanghai because it’s so accommodative

我在这家酒店度过了一段愉快的时光。我和我的配偶以及两个孩子一起来到了酒店。酒店为家庭客人提供良好的服务。我有点紧张，因为我的两个孩子可能会打扰其他邻居，但他们给了我们一个特别的房间，这对我们帮助很大。即使我的孩子哭泣或以任何形式打扰，噪音也不会打扰任何人。我们从来没有因为我的孩子吵闹而受到任何抱怨。酒店的位置还不错，因为它靠近旅游景点（野生动物园）。它靠近一家超市，在那里您可以买到家庭所需的所有基本物品。接待员很好，清洁工也很友好，服务很好，设施也很好，我每次回到上海都会选择这家酒店，因为它非常包容
