新的飯店 個人覺得Cp值滿高的!前台的服務人員也都很親切！由於兩晚訂了冰雪世界不同飯店，第二天才入住洲至奢選。前台小姐姐考量到孕婦的不便剛好有空房，讓我得以在第二天提早入住❤️真是太開心…雖然遇到房間浴室水的問題但也馬上請工作人員來處理並且立馬換房只能說服務真得很好下次陪先生來滑雪還會選擇入住洲至奢選酒店的！

1. 中午入住後房間溫度21.3度，工程人員來維修後到下午上升了0.6度， 2. 浪費了一下午時間最後協商換房，換房後刷房卡進門裏面有人，但沒有任何服務補救 3. 泳池無游泳圈，浮板之類的提供，問工作人員回復是經過調查上海都不提供的，但其實上海很多家酒店都有提供 4. 沒有兒童牙刷，諮詢後說還未到貨 5. 到前臺取房卡居然不需要核對身份，報個房號就直接拿到房卡了

This hotel is unique because it’s next to an indoor ski. There’s a connection between the hotel and the ski area on 16 floor. I even got an upgrade to the One King Premier Ski Concierge room but the staff say I can’t use even for Diamond members. For Diamond members, it’s not a good choice because there’s no lounge. All you get is a food voucher worth about 120 CNY (less than $20) for a three-night stay, with no other benefits. Also, the ski entry fee is high, and the lessons are expensive. I might come back if they offer a package that includes the ski entry fee, but if not, I wouldn’t stay here again.

It's a sensational experience as part of our shanghai trip. The room design and service, the dinning at both ground floor breakfast and L18 teppanyaki, the swimming pool are beyond expectation. Last but not least the convenience of unlimited day pass to the ski from L16, with a fully serviced rest room and exclusive early access to the ski track adds absolutely to a luxurious and value to the package we purchased. One thing for further visitor to note is that you probably want to talk to the conceige for purchase options on stay+ski pass packages. It's a luxury hotel that has some exclusive access to a ski resort who also provides gear rental. The combination of these services itself worths a math class.We were impressed by Ms Feng in particular at conceige who was patient and experienced in explaining these combinations and help us pick the one meets all our needs at the price that we would have overpaid if purchased all items individually.Our 12 years and 9 years old enjoyed the swimming pool, the 9am-10pm flexible unlimited access ski, and the nutritious breakfast. My wife had a geart dinner at Teppanyaki. The room is of quality and I personally enjoyed the scandinavia design language.

We had a very good stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful and always going out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Duty staff Lily of restaurant was helpful. She gave my bill a 15% off . That is great.
