上海兴荣温德姆至尊豪廷酒店

這間喜來登酒店雖然不是近年開幕的酒店，不過設施完善且維持得很好，且房間寬敞，住得很舒適。部份房間可看到黃浦江景，雖然非旅遊區的景觀，仍有可看性。早餐豐盛，建議訂房時訂有含早餐的房型，單獨購買早餐性價比不高。離地鐵站有數百公尺遠，出行還算方便。因在上海搭乘計程車價位合理，可直接叫車較省時便利。飯店前有浦東大道地下隧道出入口，若非交通繁忙時間，到陸家嘴及浦西主要觀光區十多分鐘即可抵達，洽公觀光相當方便。

作为资深钛金会员终身白金卡会员先说几个点|1、前台旅享家柜台永远没人办理入住，每次都是只有1-2个柜台在排队。|2、酒廊没办法办理入住|3、欢迎水果和欢迎礼遇只能二选一，从来没有水果提供！|4、前台服务人员每次办理都感觉别人欠了他钱一样！|5、从来没有套房升级，即使线上仍在售依旧无法提供升级。|6、APP喜好备注高楼层经常给低楼层连办公桌都没有的房间。|来这边住还是多注意避坑吧，如果不是因为协议价真心不推荐这家酒店！

Luxurious interior, spacious room, nasty front desk especially the one with English nickname joyce, her work is stupid if I'm being generous, took me more than 1 hour to check in thanks to her and she can barely speak english, definitely the worst check in i ever have. Oh and by the way this hotel is now operated by marriot chain and has been changed into sheraton but seeing the other review i guess the only thing that they changed is the name only

I spent nearly a month in this hotel. I remember check-in. I got there about 10:30 p.m. It took nearly an hour to get checked in. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices. It was hard to find a table due to most tables being dirty and no one cleaning them. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in China. This hotel is definitely not a 5-star hotel by Western standards. Perhaps a 3.5-star at best. The view of the Yangpu Bridge at night is one of the most beautiful sights I've ever seen. As another reviewer said, the carpets are dirty and massively stained. But, it is hard to find a hotel in China that cleans their carpet. Being a Western branded hotel, I expected a bit better.

我在这家酒店住了将近一个月。我记得办理登机手续。我晚上 10 点 30 分左右到达那里。花了近一个小时才办理入住。自助早餐有很多选择。很难找到一张桌子，因为大多数桌子都很脏而且没有人打扫。我在中国住过数百家酒店。这家酒店绝对不是西方标准的五星级酒店。也许最多是 3.5 星。 杨浦大桥的夜景是我见过的最美丽的景色之一。正如另一位评论者所说，地毯很脏并且有大量污渍。但是，在中国很难找到一家清洁地毯的酒店。作为一家西方品牌酒店，我期望会更好一些。

Ok hotel for the area. If you want something better you'll need to move closer to the center. Other than that it provided a decent last minute accommodation when we were grossed out of hotel we were assigned previously. If someone educates them to the incredible invention of steam carpet cleaners they can be actually a western-grade solid four star. Otherwise the room was clean, bathroom was clean and had a nice rain shower. One person at reception even understood English enough.

Starts out nice but is obviously an older hotel. The bathroom counter was not cleaned the carpet very stained and lights and curtains are very confusing to figure out. It's a good location and the breakfast buffet is great.
