维也纳酒店

真是一言難盡，位置偏，酒店老舊，走廊房間一股煙味，衛生清潔更是不敢恭維，掀開被子有小蜘蛛，地毯一看就沒吸塵，衛生間地板上的毛\髮都沒清潔，毛，髮，你懂的吧。重點是，這樣的老舊酒店，沒早餐，還不便宜。第一次住維也納這個品牌連鎖酒店，也是最後一次住了。

The service was good, the hotel in location is not that good. And don't book the room without windows it wasnt a good experience. But other facilities were ok.

服务还不错，就是酒店位置不太好。并且不要预订没有窗户的房间，这不是一个很好的体验。但其他设施都还好。

The location is convenient and the price is reasonable. The hotel itself is clean and the beds are comfortable enough. Some things that could be better: 1) They only had cheap disposable plastic cups at breakfast which made it impossible to drink hot tea or coffee.2) The shower head was broken and the overhead shower didn’t work. Things that were good: 1) The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. 2) checkout was fast and convenient

位置便利，价格合理。酒店本身很干净，床也很舒服。有些事情可以做得更好：1）他们早餐时只有便宜的一次性塑料杯，这使得他们无法喝热茶或咖啡。2）淋浴喷头坏了，头顶花洒坏了。好的方面： 1）酒店工作人员非常友好和乐于助人。 2）结帐快捷方便

WORST hotel ever, no helpful customer service at the reception desk. They don't care about helping foreigners (from my experience) even if you have an emergency, they will just say its your problem not theirs..... Avoid this hotel. Contact the corporate office and report them.

有史以来最差的酒店，前台没有任何有用的客户服务。 他们不关心帮助外国人（根据我的经验），即使你遇到紧急情况，他们也会说这是你的问题而不是他们的......避免这家酒店。 联系公司办公室并报告。

Rooms were neat and clean.Manager and his team were so friendly, cooperative,ready to help always.Rooms doesn't have mini bar,locker.Televisions are not working.They should provide premix coffee packets,dental and grooming kits on room.Rooms were not sound proof,lot of disturbance due to neighbourhood construction work.

房间整洁干净。经理和他的团队非常友好、合作，随时准备提供帮助。房间没有迷你吧、储物柜。电视不能用。他们应该在房间里提供预混咖啡包、牙科和美容套件。房间隔音不好，由于附近的建筑工程而受到很多干扰。
