It was a good choice to stay in Joyful Star Hotel. I went with family of 4, the shuttle really convenient from and to airport, also shuttle form and to Disneyland. The breakfast is good and delicious event tough they never change the menu during my 5 nights there. The room and the beds are cozy and comfy, the bathroom is having all the necessities. Hot water is always ready. We really enjoy staying there. However the location is quite far from metro station, but we can order didi with the help of the hotel staff, or just take shuttle to airport and straight to metro station in the airport. Overall if u are in a budget, this hotel is the best option.

入住星之悦酒店是一个不错的选择。我和一家四口一起去的，往返机场的班车真的很方便，还有往返迪士尼乐园的班车。早餐很好吃，但我在那里住了 5 个晚上，他们从来没有改变过菜单。房间和床温馨舒适，浴室配备所有必需品。热水随时准备着。我们真的很喜欢住在那里。不过位置离地铁站比较远，不过我们可以在酒店工作人员的帮助下叫滴滴，或者直接坐机场大巴到机场直接到机场地铁站。总的来说，如果您预算有限，这家酒店是最佳选择。

was a truly regal experience from start to finish. The moment I arrived, I was swept away by the palace's majestic architecture and opulent surroundings. The staff greeted me with the u**ost courtesy and professionalism, attending to every detail of my stay with impeccable precision. My room was fit for royalty, with luxurious furnishings, plush bedding, and stunning views of the palace grounds. I spent my days exploring the palace's extensive gardens, marveling at the intricate fountains and manicured lawns. The hotel's fine dining restaurant surpassed all expectations, offering an exquisite menu of gourmet cuisine. Every aspect of my stay at Royal Grandeur Palace exuded elegance and sophistication, leaving me longing to return for another indulgent retreat."

I had an overnight layover in Shanghai and decided to get a hotel nearby and this came up as one of the affordable options with shuttle to and from the airport. Nice, little hotel. I got in around 10pm at night and was quickly checked in and told about what time to be ready for the shuttle to the airport the next morning. Room itself was clean and comfortable; bathroom had the basic amenities like soap and shampoo (grapefruit and they smelled great!). Water flow was strong and warmed up quickly. It's so nice to be able to freshen up before continuing my journey. In the morning, the same staff who checked me in the night before already prepared a paper bag of breakfast to go (since I was leaving before official breakfast started). Amazing service! Took the free shuttle back to the airport and off I went.

We arrived Pudong Airport at 2am. This is probably the only hotel that has 24hrs free shuttle bus service to pick you up at the airport. The staffs can speak good English and very helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious and tidy. The hotel offered free breakfast. It’s not far from Disney Land. You can either take a free shuttle bus or a taxi to get there.

We had a great stay here. We were a bit apprehensive as we read some reviews about the building/rooms smelling like smoke, but we had no such issues. At no point in the lobby, hallways, dining room or our room did we smell any smoke.Additionally, the front desk was very helpful to us as we needed to mail something important, and she ordered the delivery person to come to the hotel, and she handled all of it. We have no complaints.

This hotel is friendly to foreigners. The free shuttle bus is on time and very convenient to travel to the airport and Disneyland. The buffet breakfast served good but same menu everyday. The bed and pillow provided is so so as it is too soft. Toilet is equipped with towels and basic utilities like shampoo and hair dryer. Walking distance to family mart and lawson which opens 24 hours a day. Will recommend this hotel to travellers who is transiting for a night or going to Disneyland.

Perfect hotel with own shuttle service to and from the airport. Nice comfortable room. The room with a round bed, was a very chinese bed and pretty hard. The normal beds were a lot softer and better for us Europeans. Reception was very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is typical chinese style, with boiled eggs and toast with jam.

Good for sleeping purpose. I was there for just a night, the good thing is, they have free transpo to pick me up in the airport & vice versa. You can also booked if you wanna go to Disneyland. Receptionist was nice and was easy to check in. A bit old facility but bed was comfortable & was nice stay.
