★★★我會來這裡住是因為搭乘中國東方航空公司隔夜轉機所安排的過境旅館,在這裡總共住了兩個晚上。||||水庭度假村有提供上下飛機時至浦東機場往返的接駁服務,旅館到機場搭接駁車單程車程約十分鐘。我在這裡分別在去程和回程各住了一個晚上||||房間的部份是還滿乾淨的,但是無線網路的部份非常的差,訊號十分不穩定,幾乎可以說房間內根本沒有提供網路,如果真的需要用網路,必須到大廳跟前台要帳密使用前台工作人員所用的無線網路,對商務客或是背包客可能會有點困擾。||||早餐的話這裡提供了純粹的中式早餐,內容物包含了包子、油條、稀飯、豆漿,口味的話見仁見智這裡就不多評論了,但是值得一提的是早餐提供的碗盤很多都很舊,都已經發黃甚至發黑,整體用餐環境的清潔度感覺應該可以再乾淨一點。||||對外交通的話這裡只能叫計程車,可以請前台幫忙叫車。到最近的地鐵站"凌空城站"計程車錢約15元人民幣,到上海迪士尼需要40~50人民幣。由於這裡是新開發中得地區,如果從市區或是迪士尼搭計程車回來可能會遇到司機不認識路的情況,建議自備百度地圖來導航,因為不見得每個計程車司機本身都有導航

★★這是中國東方航空由上海轉機去札幌安排的免費中轉酒店,酒店上幾乎沒有住客,酒店房內佈滿灰塵,也有一種霉味,但空間比較大,只是住一個晚上,勉強也可以忍受。

★這次是東方航空贈送的住宿|我把我此生第一次的負評給了這家酒店|1.首先大堂服務人員沒有禮貌(是非常沒有禮貌!!!!!!)|2.無線網路速度幾乎為0(一直斷線斷線斷線)|3.隔音很差|4.熱水很小!

★★當然會住這裡的原因和很多人一樣都是因為東方航空送的過境免費住宿, 因為是免費其實一開始我就沒有什麼期望, 但當我在1樓找了十分鐘還沒找到我的房間時我就知錯了, 找不到房間的原因只是因為我太相信牆上的指示. 繞了那層像迷宮一樣的樓層走了二圈, 在我準備放棄時我發現房間在指示相反方向的走廊尾... ||||剛進房間時感覺還好的. 照明足夠也算是乾淨衛生. 硬件也沒有很破舊. 我開始反思找不到房間曷因為我笨, 貓途鷹上給差評的旅客是因為他們要求太高, 免費的還能怎樣? 到我洗澡時~ 我又發現對不起大家, 因為我知錯了. ||||我有看到沒有熱水的評價, 但我的房間是沒有冷水, 沒錯淋浴間沒有冷水... 只有熱水. 我有嘗試幻想自己是在浸溫泉而去忍受那高溫希望快快把澡洗完, 但三秒後我放棄了因為不想給燙死, 還不要去說花灑那水壓, 水是弱弱的流出來, 我肯定我尿尿勁度比它猛, 只是沒有它持久而已. 最後我是選擇用洗手盆+毛巾去洗頭和洗澡, 真是兒時回憶讓我想起小時候社會還沒現在進步的時代. 還不說那天只有3度. 因為是到達已經是深夜和我太太不舒服已經睡了, 所以洗洗就好沒要求換房了.||||早餐算是合乎預期的, 就是沒什麼東西吃, 但不至於難吃~ 味道還行的. 隨便吃點東西出發去機場吧, 周圍是什麼都沒有的一片荒蕪. 送機的大哥人不錯, 有一分是給他的, 有努力幫忙放行李. 謝謝他||||總結來說如果航空公司安排你在這裡作中轉住宿, 請快快要求更換酒店, 如果你是想自己花錢住這裡. 請抱著自己是來修行的心態入住吧.

★We were put in this hotel by China Eastern Airlines on a in transit flight. What a terrible experience. As other reviewers stated no one speaks English at this hotel. The hotel shuttle is a shabby bus. The room was freezing. My husband who is always hot wore his outdoor vest to bed. If the any airline offers you this hotel. Do not accept. I would comment on the breakfast, but I couldn't wait to get out of this place.
我们乘坐中国东方航空的转机航班,被安排住进了这家酒店。真是糟糕的体验。正如其他评论者所说,这家酒店里没有人会说英语。酒店的班车是一辆破旧的巴士。房间很冷。我丈夫总是觉得热,穿着他的户外背心睡觉。如果有航空公司推荐这家酒店,千万不要接受。我本来想评论一下早餐,但我迫不及待地想离开这里。

★★★China Eastern Airlines put me in this hotel for 24 hours after my flight was delayed. It was a 10 minute shuttle bus ride from the airport so it was quite convenient. It was a pretty smooth process getting a room despite the language barrier. The room and bathroom were clean. I had vouchers for breakfast and lunch at the attached restaurant and both were large portions. Some negatives was that right outside my room was what appeared to be a junkyard. I was awakened at 6:30am by metal being thrown around. Try to avoid getting a room on that side of the building as it was very loud. Also the Wi-Fi was spotty. Overall not bad, but not sure how it would compare with other airport hotels since I was assigned here.
航班延误后,中国东方航空安排我在这家酒店住了24小时。从机场坐机场大巴只需10分钟,非常方便。尽管语言不通,但入住过程还是很顺利。房间和浴室都很干净。我买了酒店附属餐厅的早餐和午餐券,两份都很丰盛。不足之处是,我房间外面看起来像个垃圾场。早上6:30,我被扔金属的声音吵醒了。尽量避免选择那边的房间,因为那里很吵。而且,Wi-Fi信号不稳定。总的来说还不错,但由于我被安排在这里,所以不确定与其他机场酒店相比如何。

★★We were booked into the Shuiting Resort by Air China due to an overnight stay between two connecting flights.||||The shuttle service to the hotel was arranged by Air China and worked properly. The riding time between the airport and the hotel is about 10 minutes and very close.||||During the Checkin we made a very unusual bad experience as I never had before - and I travel a lot.||||We needed a second room key which are in the hotel the usual plastic cards with magnetic stripes. One plastic card with a handwritten sticker including the room number was given to us by the woman who checked us in.||||We asked friendly for a second room key card and after that the whole thing became surreal. The checkin woman said no, she could give us no seconde room key although I saw a bundle of unused magnetic cards.||||When I insisted -still friendly- and explained why we needed a second room key- the woman called the duty manager who came out of a backroom.||||He started to shout at me in an unexaggerated aggressive and dismissive tone and facial expression that I would not get a second room key. I insisted again and explained why we needed a second room key and the next thing was that he wanted a fee for the second key.||||He said something in Chinese to the concierge woman and they started to laugh viciously and obviously about me. After I started to become demanding about the second room key the duty manager gave it to me.||||To program this magnetic room key took him about 10 seconds, the discussion all along went about 5 minutes. It was really unbelievable.||||The room itself was very big and I must say very clean, aside from some mould at the bathroom door. The smell in the room was very mouldish but when you leave the window open all night it disappears a bit.||||The transfer to the airport ended not good. We told the driver three times we would fly Air China and another time when he summoned us to get off the bus. Nevertheless we were not at the Air China terminal (2) but at Terminal 1. We needed to wait 10 minutes for another shuttle bus and to onload and offload our luggage again.||||All at all : when you can avoid the Shuiting hotel - avoid it not necessarily because of the rooms but because of a nightmarish service staff.
由于需要在两趟转机航班之间过夜,我们预订了国航水庭度假酒店。||||国航安排了前往酒店的班车,运行正常。从机场到酒店大约需要10分钟,而且非常近。||||入住期间,我们经历了一次非常糟糕的经历,我以前从未遇到过这种情况——我经常旅行。||||我们需要第二张房间钥匙,酒店里只有普通的带磁条的塑料卡。为我们办理入住的女士给了我们一张贴有手写贴纸(包括房间号)的塑料卡。||||我们友好地要求提供第二张房间钥匙卡,之后一切都变得不可思议。办理入住的女士说不行,她不能给我们第二把房间钥匙,尽管我看到了一堆未使用的磁卡。||||当我坚持 - 仍然很友好 - 并解释为什么我们需要第二把房间钥匙时,这位女士叫来了从后面的房间出来的值班经理。||||他开始用一种毫不夸张的咄咄逼人和轻蔑的语气和面部表情对我大喊大叫,说我不会得到第二把房间钥匙。我再次坚持,并解释了为什么我们需要第二把房间钥匙,接下来他要收取第二把钥匙的费用。||||他用中文和礼宾部女士说了些什么,她们开始恶狠狠地嘲笑我。在我开始要求第二把房间钥匙后,值班经理给了我。||||他只花了大约 10 秒钟就编程好这个磁性房间钥匙,整个讨论持续了大约 5 分钟。这真是令人难以置信。||||房间本身很大,我必须说非常干净,除了浴室门口有一些霉菌。房间里有一股霉味,不过开着窗一整夜,味道就散了一点。||||去机场的行程不太顺利。我们三次告诉司机我们要坐国航,他叫我们下车时又说了一次。然而,我们当时不在国航2号航站楼,而是在1号航站楼。我们得等10分钟才能等到下一班摆渡车,还要重新装卸行李。||||总之:如果可以避开水庭酒店,最好避开,原因并非房间,而是糟糕的服务人员。
