China Eastern puts you up in this "hotel" when your flight is cancelled/delayed, and it is not the way to treat your customers. My room reeked of smoke in every surface, toilet was dirty and in an industrial(?) area. There was construction noise outside my window all day and night. I thought maybe I could go see downtown Shanghai, it took me over an hour to get to town and you must cab to and from the closest metro station to the hotel. You really start to get stressed out beyond the fact that you've missed your connection. They wanted me to stay here for not just a night but two/three! I couldn't do it, its honestly better to just pay to stay somewhere else or call everyone you know to find someone in Shanghai willing to put you up on their couch. If you fly with China Eastern, be prepared for this place.

当您的航班取消/延误时，东航将您安置在这个“酒店”，这不是对待您的客户的方式。我的房间每个表面都散发着烟味，厕所很脏，而且位于工业区（？）。我的窗外整天整夜都有施工噪音。我想也许我可以去看看上海市中心，我花了一个多小时才到达市中心，而且你必须打车往返于距离酒店最近的地铁站。除了失去联系之外，你真的开始感到压力很大。他们希望我不仅在这里住一晚，而是住两/三个晚上！我做不到，老实说，最好还是付钱住在其他地方，或者打电话给你认识的每个人，在上海找一个愿意把你安置在沙发上的人。如果您乘坐中国东方航空的航班，请为这个地方做好准备。

中国東方航空の遅延により、無料で用意されたホテル。無料Wi-Fiもあるし、シャワーもしっかりお湯が出るし、朝食もそこそこ美味しいけど、周囲に店がないので、夕食に困る。最寄りの地下鉄駅まで徒歩30分もあり、立地は最悪。

由于东航延误，酒店免费提供。有免费Wi-Fi，淋浴热水充足，早餐也不错，但附近没有餐厅，晚餐很难找。位置很糟糕，因为最近的地铁站要步行 30 分钟。

China Easrern Airline put all the passengers to this hotel when the plane was delayed to the next day. When you provide your angry passengers with a complementary hotel, you should at least provide a hotel that is average or above. This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. They even put two passengers in one room even though they were complete strangers.

东方航空因航班延误至次日，将所有旅客安排至这家酒店。当你为愤怒的乘客提供补充酒店时，你至少应该提供一家中等或以上的酒店。这家酒店是我住过的最差的酒店之一。他们甚至把两名完全陌生的乘客安排在一个房间里。

Missed a connection flight because that idiot traffic control and China Eastern Airline sent us to this hotel. Horrible place with dirty room and with food tasted like junk. Never buy ticket from China Eastern airline.

15-20mins drive from PVG. Awful food, dirty rooms, staff doesn't speak English, avoid this place! I got lodged here by AirChina after a 12h delay from Taipei.

距PVG 15-20 分钟车程。食物很糟糕，房间很脏，工作人员不会说英语，避免这个地方！我从台北出发，延误了 12 个小时后，被国航安排到了这里。

Not worth to be recommended. Staff doesnt know how to speak English. Meals are always similar. Rooms are not as clean as expected. Amenities are very limited.

不值得推荐。工作人员不会说英语。饭菜总是相似的。房间没有想象中那么干净。设施非常有限。

Awful! Missed a connection with China Eastern and they put us up in this hotel. It was an awful experience.
