Shanghai Linyin holiday Hotel

Fantastic customer service! All staff at this hotel are delightful to deal with. They’re all delughtful ladies - I saw one male manager at check in only - the rest are all super efficient women. Top notch customer service - all smiles and professionalism ...... from the lovely and extremely patient reception manager, who went above and beyond to help us (non Chinese speaking Australians) The charming housekeeping manager who was very quick to respond (I couldn’t figure out the sink plug) friendly and super efficient, the restaurant manager was fast, fabulous and delightful - really good menu here and excellent chef too! The bar manager was wonderful. Our room was large, great WiFi, with glass bathroom (same as 5 star hotel in Sydney) very comfortable double beds perfectly quiet air conditioning and amazing pillows - no Google or Facebook - ask reception what to use instead
