Absolutely disgusting, non smoking rooms are covered in cigarette burns, ash and the smell is unbearable. The TV doesn't work and the WiFi requires a phone number to work (useless when you have an E-sim with no number). No English speaking workers, so they were unable to help. Place is a dump, go elsewhere.

ホテルスタッフの対応は良かった。 部屋の防音とタバコの臭いが問題。

酒店工作人员的反应很好。 房间隔音有问题，有烟味。
