Excellent hotel. The service from the ladies in the club floor was particularly fantastic. Thanks to Lily, Hana, Pearl and Zoe for the great service and for taking care of us during our stay. Highly recommended hotel in Shanghai. Stayed here just after the typhoon passed through and the staff made everything feel as normal as possible.

Had an excellent stay with our family of 5. The staff are kind and considerate as our oldest teenage son has severe autism and displayed loud anxieties at times. We has 2 suites for the 5 of us and room were always clean. The Executive Club Lounge access was excellent with all staff always on hand to get you anything and remembering your drink choices the days before. Buffet breakfast had a huge selection of western and chinese choices. The location is excellent, not far from the metro .

Club lounge was amazing. Service was fantastic! Exceptional service from the breakfast team Lily, Becky jolly and pearl! Came to introduce themself and were very attentive. Club lounge although a bit tired in the renovation but the service of the crew really up the whole experience

As usual, I had an excellent stay at Pudong Shanghai Intercontinental. Lilly and her team provided outstanding, friendly service in the club lounge. Lily is amazing. She never forgets a face, how you like your coffee, or your preferred breakfast in the morning.||I highly recommend paying a little extra for club access; you will not regret it.

Very good service by the team here. Polite and efficient. Great view. Some parts of the hotel is a bit dated but otherwise the staff were always very helpful. I enjoyed my stay and my dinning experience.||Thanks York, Andrew, Fay and Monika for your excellent service.

I had a wonderful experience at the Club InterContinental at this hotel. There was a buffet and a la carte options, fresh juice and espresso coffee. The staff (Lily, Fay, Ivy, and Pearl) was attentive and friendly, and we felt really looked after by them. I would highly recommend booking a room with lounge access.

I stayed nine days at this hotel while on holiday with my family. It’s in a great location right in central Pudong, very close too lots of fantastic shopping and sightseeing options, as well as 3 subway lines. We hardly bothered with the subway though because most places we wanted to visit seemed to be only 5-15 mins from the hotel via DiDi. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, without exception, and in particular I would like to call out Mike and Sky on the concierge desk who went above and beyond many times during our stay to ensure our family enjoyed our time in Shanghai as much as possible.

Wow. What an executive lounge - the experience was great. Special thanks to the awesome staff particularly York, Becky, Ida and Pearl. Food and service was great and I would thoroughly recommend the pinotage.|Must return - number one executive lounge in the world!
