Very handy location. The hotel has got shuttle bus service to all the famous attractions nearby including Disney land, wild life park, astronomy expo and the airport. Service was excellent. Complimentary laundry service, footbath tub with Chinese herbs. Healthy buffet in the morning and evening snacks after we got back from Disney.Bathroom is clean and tidy.

Excellent service and attention from reception staff on arrival and through our stay.The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport (PVG). The hotel room is spacious and clean. Also provided a foot spa to relieve my tired feet!Very responsive staff assisted me with travelling into the city by MRT (Huinan) only 5 minutes away. About an hour by MRT.Food service is excellent provided on floor 2. Breakfast varied and was plentiful.Thanks for an excellent stay. I'll definitely book there again when I go to Shanghai.

接待人员在抵达时和整个住宿期间提供优质的服务和关注。酒店提供往返机场 (PVG) 的便捷班车服务。酒店房间宽敞干净。还提供足部水疗来缓解我疲惫的双脚！非常积极主动的工作人员帮助我乘坐距离酒店仅 5 分钟路程的捷运（惠南）前往市区。乘坐地铁大约需要一个小时。2 楼提供的餐饮服务非常好。早餐丰富多样。感谢您的愉快住宿。当我去上海时我肯定会再次预订那里。

Absolutely loved our stay. We stay here every year when we come to Shanghai with the kids, as it’s conveniently located near the airport and most of the kids attractions like Disney and Safari. Service is incredible, every single staff truly go out of their way to make sure every need is taken care of. The food at breakfast and night time is great and super convenient. So nice to be able to come back from a full day out to eat something right inside the hotel. Will stay again in the future. Thank you again to all the staff that made this a lovely and stress free vacation. Ps. The kids loved the bunk beds with the slide, played it for hours and the indoor playground inside the hotel is lots of fun too.

非常喜欢我们的住宿。我们每年和孩子们来上海时都会住在这里，因为它位置便利，靠近机场和大多数儿童景点，如迪士尼和野生动物园。服务令人难以置信，每一位员工都竭尽全力确保每一个需求都得到满足。早餐和晚上的食物很棒而且超级方便。很高兴能够从一整天的外出回来后就在酒店内吃点东西。以后还会再次入住。再次感谢所有工作人员，他们让我们度过了一个愉快而无压力的假期。诗。孩子们很喜欢带滑梯的双层床，玩了几个小时，酒店内的室内游乐场也很有趣。

We was amazed by the hotel. The staff was super helpful and friendly. We are suprise for the price we paid for 1 night was so worthit. They provide free shuttle to n from Disney and airport. You need to make arrangement with the front desk staff. They gave welcome drink. This is the only hotel have a Ai toilet bowl lol we have to use remote to flush the toilet 🤣 . They know we going to Disney they told us they can sent a foot soak pail to our room tonight to relax our tired feel I was WHOOO. And we was informed 9pm have free supper I was WHOO WHOO 😂 the noodle soup was so delicious. The hotel was 30mins to Disney and airport only. Beside the hotel have a small mall with supermarket and MacDonald and some eatery. Highly recommended

I arrived in the evening time and was quite tired, but checking in was smooth. My Chinese is limited but we worked it out where I was able to sign up for the airport transportation in the morning with ease. The desk staff were very helpful and patient. The room was nice and clean. The heat worked very well in the room! It was warm which felt extremely comfortable and accommodating considering the lingering winter weather. Would definitely stay there again!

我是晚上到达的，很累，但是入住很顺利。我的中文水平有限，但我们解决了问题，让我能够轻松地在早上报名参加机场交通。前台工作人员非常乐于助人而且很有耐心。房间漂亮又干净。房间里的暖气效果很好！考虑到持续的冬季天气，天气很温暖，感觉非常舒适和包容。肯定会再呆在那里！

飯店有接送機服務非常的棒，在入住前就會被加入酒店的微信聯繫接送機資訊以及各種疑難雜症都可以得到回覆。入住當晚還有宵夜可食用，種類豐富；早餐的品項則有更多選擇。房內床軟硬度適中，熱水夠熱水量夠大，整體入住經驗家人很滿意。

A hotel I stayed many times, free airport pick up is great. Drive is helpful. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Good choice of breakfast. On my day of stay, there were a lot of children, so during breakfast time, it was very noisy.

The staff was very polite and helpful especially Xiao Min. She kept some super for us because we came to the hotel very late that night. The breakfast was great, lots of variety. We loved it. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice and big. We will definitely stay here again next time.
