Elegant Hotel Shanghai Bund

My Girlfriend and I stayed here for 5 Nights we were very comfortable. The staff made the stay as they were very patient and kind . The hotel provided a lot of small ideas that helped make the stay better . Breakfast is nice also . I will be back

Just stayed here for three nights with my dad. We were so lucky to be looked after by Jiangguiling. She is one of the most nicest people I have come across at a hotel, helping us change hotel rooms and going above and beyond to ensure any questions we had were answered. I was also assisted by a lovely male who helped me with the delivery of my Taobao packages by contacting couriers on my behalf. He was so kind and patient. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel with a beautiful delicious breakfast and warm lovely staffs. Thank you for making our stay in Shanghai so nice MS Jiangguiling - you are the best <3

jiangguiling FO Was incredibly helpful and sweet and so was the rest of the team. She helped me get a taxi back to the airport upon leaving when I was running late. I’m very grateful to her and even got a hug on the way out.

Nhìn chung thì khách sạn ổn, gần trung tâm nhưng vệ sinh chưa đủ sạch Khi mới vào phòng sẽ có mùi thối khó chịu, gầm giường có rất nhiều bụi bẩn ảnh hưởng tới không khí

总体来说酒店还可以，离市中心很近但是卫生不够干净 刚进房间就会有一股难闻的腐臭味，而且床底下有很多灰尘影响空气

The rooms is big, the hotel is beautiful and high technology. Near from the bund. And for more info, we don't need to pay for the laundry. Thank you Youyou for your help and being nice to us. Recommend hotel.

Horrible experience, do not book. Checked in at 10pm by very condescending staffs and checked out few hours later despite having multiple days booked. Checked in and was informed that the hotel was under renovation, there is no AC / heating in the room. They provided a heater - which was acceptable to us. Was then informed that there was no hot water in winter the next afternoon Fine, we accepted. We asked for wine glasses and this was sent to the room. The gentleman who brought these glasses had the cheek to ask us to wash the glasses ourselves as their kitchen has closed. We called the front desk, and no apology was offered. We asked to check out and the front desk mentioned for us to leave the room asap, even though we had just unpacked. This is the first time we had this happened, as someone who travel and stay in hotels 200+ days a year. Do book the room if you feel like washing glasses for paying 800HKD/night! 12/10 recommend. Worthy of my first Tripadvisor review
